This is the first time that a withdraw of mine from a Playtech casino was declined. This time I went to live chat and specifically asked for the terms and fullfiled them and made a withdraw. Declined!! I was told when I asked the wager requirements was 20x and the restricted games. Now they say it is 99x. Do not deposit. I think am done with playtech everytime I deposit it is either changed bonus terms (got to read them over and over because they change) or bad odds (dealer gets 21 out of 15 or 16 most of the time).
There sister sites are Club Dice and Monuco Gold.

This is looking really bad for Playtech and this Crown Solutions outfit, coming whilst the Joyland fiasco is still in full swing, and I would suggest that you submit a dispute through the Playtech channel so that they feel the pressure, too.

I think Playtech will eventually resolve this.

I experienced a similar thing with another of this group's casinos.

They made me an offer, which I accepted, then when I cashed out changed the terms. When I confronted them with screenshots, etc., they ignored my emails. The live chat also ignored me.

I think this is fairly standard, the idea is to get you to continue to play and lose all your money out of frustration at the BS they give you. It's a rotten tactic, but very effective, as the money is just there a number in the system, and it's easy to forget that your gambling away hundreds of dollars of real money.

FWIW, I eventually got playtech to help, but not on the first attempt.

I will contact Playtech.

I will see if that would help contacting but I make deposits at Playtech but no more. I don't think was a tactice since they declined my withdraw and was told that I had to wager another 1200 since the wager requirement was 99 times when I specifically contacted them for the wager requirement and was told 20x. Won't they side with the casino like that Montana thing for RTG ran by them. It is all about making an easy buck for them.

From the terms and conditions page at Carnival Casino:
Please note that in the interest of fair gaming, for $ and you have to wager at least (4) four times your bonus and deposit before making any cash outs, while for you have to wager at least (8) eight times your bonus and deposit before making any cash outs.
20x? 99x? Do they even read their own terms and conditions? :what:

I could contact them too if this is where they are based.

You could contact them, but I doubt that they will respond, as they haven't responded to any of my emails.

It would be a useful data point in proving that they are not effective/responsive though.

Oh maybe I will just skip them all together

were you talinkg about Playtech or the Antiguan Gaming Comission?
I usually deposit at the Boss Media casinos and never have any problems and there odds are much fairer then Playtech. I dont understand this 4 2's and 2 Aces and a three crap that the dealer gets or the every 15 there is a six waiting for the dealer one after the other. Sometimes I would hit on like 13 when the dealer had a 5 showing and sure enough it is a 6 but fairness is not the issue here it is changing the terms after cash out and denying the withdraw requests. Can these casinos afford a dishonest reputation and still stay open? Info travels so quickly on the net.

Oh bye the way what I meant by the title was first playtech denial. I have always been paid on bonuses and deposits.

Doesn't Casinomeister have a contact at this group? Only recently he said they were good group even after all the times I've posted about them.

This was from last year:

Hi Anne_66,

And welcome to the forum. Actually, the list in the reputable casino site is not exhaustive. There are a number of casinos that ought to be listed there, but are not for several reasons. The simple reason that Club Dice isn't listed is because of their assocition with the OPA; it's what I feel is a bogus watchdog group.

I've met with the Club Dice people off and on for the past year and explained this to them, but so far they remain unmoved. The OPA is merely a front for a couple of guys sitting in Wales giving certifications to a few selected Playtech casinos. They (the OPA) also claim that the Black Widow casino group is reputable -- which they are far from not. If you want to read about the OPA and my feelings about them, check out the newsletter from 10 January 2003 Old URL

Once they remove these logos, I'd be happy to take them on board.

I haven't pursued my problem from years ago with Club Dice but I don't think I will bother as they obviously still can't do things right. I've mentioned it on other threads here a few times.
