Finally Closed My Account At Videoslots!

I take full respectability for continuing to play there. No it was not making me happy, as most know. What I said in my op, bad grammatical errors and all, was a long time coming. And I stand by it till the end. Just think, now you guys wont have to see my passive aggressive attitude towards them.

Perks should be exactly that. Something that comes with deposits, but the deposits should not have a heavy price on it. I could see if they were 100% match ups, free spins that are set at 20 cents or more, etc. Every day that I'm out here, there is always a few people that have posted " Im grinding away to reach my xp", just so they can join battles that don't pay much. How is that responsible gambling? I deposited $100 and only moved 40 points, and was at 1500xp. All the other "perks" come with how good your play time is. I have seen nothing except the odd wheel that gave me either 2x's, 15 free spins, and when I leveled up to 100.
In the end, everyone is paying more than what they are getting back.

VS is just a business-online casino business. There are a lot of online casinos out there, and each casino has a unique rewards/loyalty system, it is the player's responsibility to find a casino that suits his budget and gambling style.

Nobody forced you to deposit at VS. Surely VS never forced you to deposit at their casino.
It was your decision, your choice, not VS responsibility.

Sorry but I see VS as a narcissistic company. They never use to be like that, but in my eyes, they have turned that way.
 
While I do agree with Bebo that the quality has definitely dropped at VS in the last year. The 2500xp points needed to qualify for battles is a bit excessive to my mind and I did suggest an alternative before of maybe having the min deposit of £100-£200 deposited in a month with 1500xp as I feel that's far more reasonable. Also maybe think about giving out a 24-hour pass for people that regularly deposit but had a bad run so that they could get one day of the battle weekend. To me, that is not an unreasonable ask. This definitely shows that you care about your regular depositors. I am currently at €269 deposited in the last 30 days and have 2100xp and that will drop to 1500xp by next weekend unless I get very lucky with next weeks deposit.

I may criticize Videoslots for their new more stringent entry qualifications for battles and getting rid of the weekly races but overall I am happy with Videoslots. They payout very fast 95% of the time. The live chat is helpful whenever I have contacted them in the past about a technical issue. @Team.Videoslots is very active on this forum and do answer questions.

I am down overall since October of last year which tells me I am not having a great run but that is not a reason for me to abandon the casino. The positives outweigh the negatives for me. I feel comfortable playing there and know that I will be paid so I think closing your account because you had a bad run is a bit like throwing the baby out with the bathwater as that can happen at any casino you play at.

If though however you are chasing losses at a casino then that is a good reason to close your account and take a step back from online gambling as a whole. I am not saying that @bebo67 you have that problem I just felt that I had to put that in there.

Seriously Bebo you have left them. You have said your piece many times now maybe time to let it go with your rant.

I know you won't like me saying that but you are doing yourself no favours by keeping on about them.

Maybe time to relax , chill think to yourself how glad you are you are to have finally gone and concentrate on something else.

No. I closed my account for the distrust, disappointments, and over all anger. I don't trust them. Simple as that. Nothing more nor less. Yes I lost 30k in a year, and yes I would of been happier if I had something in return for those losses, but my anger towards them for all of the above was my final doing.

I get angry when a casino jerks me around with paying me or major technical issues that do not get resolved. I get frustrated when I keep losing at a casino so I stop playing there for a while or forever. Anger is a strong emotion and it kind of tells me that you may have an issue with gambling overall. Just pointing it out and not being accusatory here and don't want to put you on the defensive.

I would have to disagree, since I have no issues with any other casino. My anger comes when I lose trust. That goes with my everyday life too. I have a budget, and play with in it. I dont go over it. My life does not revolve around gambeling. I dont spend hours playing. Never have and never will.

When dealing with a casino trust only counts if A. you payout our winnings and B. you run a fair software (slots, live casino etc). C. Your information is kept safe. This is my opinion. Loyalty programmes although very important in improving a players experience are gravy on top of being a trustworthy casino.

I made a post about closing my account with them @bebo67 and I got shot 10 times as well.
But I fully agree with your OP and am looking for a solid replacement casino.
Have a few in mind and will just have to vote with my wallet I guess.

VS is not the casino anymore they used to be and what earned them a high accredited score.
Tech Issues are being shoved aside, Providers kept being blocked for me and after a ton of promises from their end to fix it they are still blocked, The issue with lower RTP on Play n Go without letting their customers know and some more recent issues that have arisen.

But it seems people are afraid to speak their mind here about an accredited casino when it comes to a negative experience and I feel we should be able to address any comment, good or bad.

I have voted many times for VS as casino of the year and I gave them praise where due.

I have made 80-90% of my deposits over the years at VS and we are talking maybe 70-80k in total over all those years and never ever had I anything decent back from them for my loyalty. Okay fine, but there are casinos out there that treat their loyal customers much better.

So I can understand that people are starting to get fed up, only human.

I will never fault them for payout speed as they are among the fastest in the industry but other than that they have not much to offer for me anymore.
I am forever trying to reach level 30 but it seems the last 0.5% takes another 5 grand to unlock.

Lately I really enjoy playing at N1 Casino and BAO Casino, not everyones cup of tea but I do like them :)

So I am ready to break myself free too Bebo... :thumbsup:

any casino worth their salt should listen to and address the good with the bad; i believe i equally flout and vent

and yes, they pay, theyre trustworthy - i dont think thats a point of anyones contention

the changes they initially sold on are large so people are entitled to speak.
