Totally understand your frustration with Videoslots. I to try to break away from them, but I haven't found a replacement and seem to fall back to them. The only thing I feel that is the same as Videoslots now that was same back a few years ago, well really is just the name Videoslots it's definitely not the same casino it once was. I still trust them and payouts super fast but other than that they really don't stand out as they did once upon a time. In last week I received some free spins and $44 cashback one can argue that's not bad but for the number of deposits with no withdrawal with CasinoCasino I would have had over $250 cashback. Since March I have had very little in playtime for my deposits and been getting very frustrating. I 100% can feel that Videoslots has changed or maybe just on a bit of bad luck run for like 6 months with there site. They really do need a loyalty dept as I feel I'm just a number to them.

I need to get a new camera, I keep forgetting, in order to do my documents, but yes, I will give them a try. Another place I go to, I have a personal host who is amazing. I'm ahead with that casino by about 1k. My last cash out was at the end of March. There are a lot of other casinos, but I was stuck in what was convenient, and not what was good for me. I have had my share of issues with VS, currently will not and can not play there due to an error they made. Without getting into great detail, they really did not and do not seem to care. I miss the wealth of providers, but in all honestly most of us are simply a number to them. If you are looking for a casino that offers great promos, creative and interesting ways to stretch playtime, and total honesty and accommodation with regards to payouts and actually coming through these are your guys...however if anything at all goes off course in any way, do not look for them to make an exception, apologize, accommodate or care. We are sheeple who feed their wallets at the end of the day. My PAB was against them, and whilst we came to an understanding, it was far from the resolution anyone would have expected. No empathy, no caring, no meeting in the middle. Everything is black white, and of course Green $$$ lol Have found a few great options to replace them, yet I will probably find my way back there in the near future because frankly no one is perfect and they do meet many but certainly not all of my needs. I see a lot of VS this and VS that on the forum and I get the impression their perks were a bit better than their current standing - i wouldnt know as have been with them nearly 2 years only.

Setting aside the 'one in a million lucky wheel of jackpot win' that may spring to some peoples minds when they read my posts I personally make bank, each month, apart from one since I have been with them. My friend only plays there following my recommendation and also, so he says, makes bank each month. He is even shrewder than me and saves all his perks and freerolls until the end of each week following a deposit and ends up banking.

I am aware that we may both reach that situation that a lot of people seem to be in that we cannot attain the experience needed for entry.

My question is this - Where else can you go and get decent perks?

VS is just a business-online casino business. There are a lot of online casinos out there, and each casino has a unique rewards/loyalty system, it is the player's responsibility to find a casino that suits his budget and gambling style.

If you don't like VS rewards/loyalty system I can respect that, but manipulation? That's over the line I think.
Nobody forced you to deposit at VS. Surely VS never forced you to deposit at their casino.
