Few suggests to GoWild Casino (MG)

Following the event that GoWild joins the Casinomeister, I registered an account at GoWild. I have made 2 deposits and 1st withdrawal (processing) so far, here is my feels and suggestions to GoWild:
My feels:
1) Upon registration, I found out AUD is not supported. So I have to go with USD(USA player is not allowed, but why USD?). I use moneybookers and even if I am a VIP there still that means I lost about 1.9% each deposit made to GoWild. This is not casino's problem but I will less likely to play often there.

2) The opening page in the Viper software is less organized than other MG casinos. I can understand this is a new MG casino

3) Deposits are easy to make but bonus WR even bonus balance is hard to find out. It is not "ClearPay" bonus system and I have to contact support twice to get how much I have waged, once being told wrong information. - Biggest shortcome I found out so far.

4) I have made my 1st withdrawal due to a good run on new slots games. I made the very small withdrawal(just 800) and so far not received yet. I do not say this is casino 's problem because this is the 1st withdrawal. But I did not receive any information/ document requests yet from support either. Till now 48 hour(s).

5) Last but not least, comp point is too tight. 0.5/1000 ratio I believe?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
My suggests:

1) Get Viper opening page organized, put players level, comp and bonus information along with support email and live chat in one place.

2) Use "ClearPay" system Please Please

3) Loose up comp point ratio, not much I believe 1/1000 ratio

Overall, to a new MG casino, GoWild is not bad to join.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS: According to GoWild homepage, they have a fast cashout system, I have not tried out yet. However if it works, then GoWild should be recommended to join.

Cheers

I would add:
Allow flushing of withdrawals.
Inform the CS about Casinomeister.
Have match deposits and free spins in the Welcome Bonuses credited automatically instead of having to contact Support to get them.
Don't charge $$ for having a cheque sent through regular snail mail.
Lower your charges on other withdrawal methods, such as bank transfer.
Send out the Welcome email to new players, as soon as they join. Mine took a week and several requests for it.

But... I should add, I was able to clear wagering requirements and cashout $100 (max allowed) on the free $10 chip offer and free spins through the current CM promo. And, then after blowing through my 1st deposit of $170 (with 100% match), managed to cash out $1990 on my 2nd deposit of $340. Because I had a pending withdrawal of the $100, they were unable to credit me with the first match for 3 days until my withdrawal was processed. They could not give me the 2nd 40% match bonus automatically because of the pending withdrawal so I just played it without the bonus, but since I cashed out, I was okay with that. (CS did email me and said they would credit it manually, but I didn't want to go there once I reached a nice sum to cashout).

However, you have to contact Live Chat to get the free spins on offer through the Welcome bonus. I didn't know that and therefore was denied it because I made a withdrawal and they told me they could not credit the free spins after the fact.

GoWild has been around at least two years already...I think it was back at 2008/2009, not sure :) So, not brand new.
Would agree with the ClearPlay. Would make things "clearer" :D

gowild pays fast usually within12 hours and even during weekends. however, the clearance of bonuses is difficult to follow and u need to go to banking to see if u have metwrs to make a withdrawal to know whether u have met the full wrs.

The FastCash system is ridiculous IMO.

I will list the requirements below, but my question is why can't everyone be paid like this once verified?.

This thread seems to indicate the norm is 48-72 hours which is not "fast".

•Members must apply to FAST CASH program via e-mail to finance@gowildcasino.com with the subject : FAST CASH and their casino username.
•For security purposes and prevention of fraud, candidates to FAST CASH must send full documentation by fax or email to finance@gowildcasino.com containing: copy of ID/Passport/Driving license, copy of both sides of credit card (if used in the casino), signed document of all your previous credit card deposits.
•Candidates to FAST CASH must be a member of GoWild Casino and have a Real Money account for at least 30 days.
•Candidates to FAST CASH must make at least one successful deposit via credit card, at least one deposit using the following methods of deposit only: MoneyBookers, Eco Card, Neteller and at least one successful cashin (withdraw).
•Candidates to FAST CASH must be eligible to receive Casino Bonuses.
•Please note that regardless to the written above, joining the FAST CASH program is a subject to the casino management decision.
•The casino may, at their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of players to participate in this promotion, for any reason whatsoever without notice to the end users. No correspondence will be entered into.
•Withdrawal requests before the wagering requirements have been met will be rejected until such a time as the wagering requirements have been satisfied.
•Please note that in order to qualify for the fast cash out program, you are required to reach the second loyalty tier which is the Blue tier.
•Please note that even though we guarantee fast payments, transferring funds during the period of several hours is possible only via ewallets.
•GoWild reserves the right to modify and update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Yes nifty29 i have to agree with all players should be treated the same, I think you have to be a vip player to get the fast cash dont you. Unfortunetly I've played there with no success ,no play time and the free spins they offer well all 4 times i got free spins all come to under 3 dollars each. Also had to wait up to 20 minutes before online chat responed and there phones dont work, they told me their not sure when or if they'll get phones saying that online chats works for them .Thats abit fustrating and there softwaer is a bit glitchy. but i like micro gaming so:confused:

Well not having ClearPay would be a Pita if taking a bonus up! Another thing to throw into the ring is the withdraw limits at Gowild, Last time I read it was set to a massive $5000 usd PER MONTH! Even worse than the worse RTGs with withdraw limits. That is the main reason I shalt not deposit there.

Other than that with a few tweaks and changes to there system they could be a decent outfit ... ?

Much as I like Go Wild and their bonuses I do find all this Go Wild thing is just a big publicity stunt and an exercise to increase new customers.

In a few weeks or months when the new customers have been exhausted the rep will go back to being an occassional visitor and things will go back to how they were and then when Go Wild need another publicity drive it will happen again.

Should have just put "THIS IS AN ADVERTISMENT" on the original Go Wild thread.

GoWild says;
"We are here to create a place where the rules as you know them, simply do not apply."

Yet they have one of the most constrictive and hard to understand T&C on the web.

I agree about the clearplay - definitely needed. I don't think that bonuses or spins should be credited automatically though - if you don't want to take the bonus and be locked into WR you shouldn't have to.

But since their chat reps always seem to be really busy now maybe they should just do what all the other MG casinos do and just have a button to click to get the bonus if you want it.

Only once I was in a position to cash out, I made the WD and went to chat to ask about flushing and they said no. I said, "This will be my first WD, where should I send my docs?" and they said that after the 24 hour pending period was done, then finance would contact me to send my docs. I said, "Can't I just send them to someone now and speed up the whole process?" and they said no I'd have to wait til someone from finance contacted me. So I got frustrated and reversed and blew it, and I don't think I've deposited there since.

This is a BAD thing given how GoWild seem to be running things. When I played they DID have ClearPlay, so WHY get rid of a CLEAR system and replace it with one from the "dark ages" of the industry where you have to contact support, and get different/wrong answers depending on whom you ask.

Players NEED to know where they stand, so do NOT welcome the "throw out the rules and replace them with new ones" approach, since this is more likely to lead to confiscation of winnings, rather than a better experience.

They may still be running a "cobbled together" service after the police raid and equipment confiscation last year. This would explain why the "phones don't work", and the lobby page is not as slick as at other MGS casinos.

The "fast cash" criteria are more restrictive than necessary, and will exclude many loyal and reliable players simply because they DON'T want to use CREDIT to gamble, but prefer to take a more responsible approach by using money they already have left over from other things.

The UK government are even thinking of banning the use of credit cards for online gambling altogether because of "problem gambler" concerns. This would result in ALL UK player being unable to get access to this "fast cash".

I don't see WHY being paid is seen as a "perk", since EVERY player who wins EXPECTS a reputable casino to actually PAY them. It's not a perk, it is a core service, and EVERY player that has been verified to a sufficient degree should automatically enter the "fast cash" system.

Documents, first withdrawal, and 30 days membership should be ALL that is NECESSARY.

Same thing happens, I made 3rd deposit - $450 and claim bonus, I could not get it as I have a pending withdrawal. Then I have 450 there in account and can do nothing.

fine, As long as it takes. by the way, I wait 20+ minutes to hold on a live support.

I have P.M.ed the GoWild Rep here, hope that S/he can sort out for me.

(Got Paid, thanks Gia at GoWild)

Hi everyone,

@plasticnote

1) Upon registration, I found out AUD is not supported. So I have to go with USD(USA player is not allowed, but why USD?). 5) Last but not least, comp point is too tight. 0.5/1000 ratio I believe?

1) Yes, this is correct, however our management is looking into adding AUD for all Australian players.

2)Thank you for your input, this is definitely something to check up on. I will forward your feedback to our Marketing department and see what can be done on that note.

3) As all other Microgaming casinos we do have a Clear Pay bonus system. The only difference is that some MG casinos as well as GoWild don't have the option for proceeding with a withdrawal unless wagering has been completely fulfilled. However, you can always contact your account/VIP manager at vipmanager@gowildcasino.com and accountmanager@gowildcasino.com and they will be able to help you out. You can also PM me if you think this is a better option and I'll look into this for you.

4) Perhaps your withdrawal was on the weekend and thus it was delayed a bit.

5) The comp point of 0.5/1000 is the basic rate. However, different loyalty tiers have different comp point ratios. For more info about our Wild Loyalty program please click [URsL="http://www.gowildcasino.com/wild-points.html"]here[/URL]

@ trade

Don't charge $$ for having a cheque sent through regular snail mail.
Lower your charges on other withdrawal methods, such as bank transfer.

The fees are being set up by a processing company, however please feel free to forward your query to our finance department and I'm sure they'll be able to help you out.

Send out the Welcome email to new players, as soon as they join. Mine took a week and several requests for it.

This is a very good point, actually we are already working on this and very soon all our new players will receive a Welcome email from our Marketing department.

A few pointers just spoke to live C/S on goWild. Very helpful and freindly etc so heres my 10 cents :

When I asked about "do they flush withdraws" c/s didnt know what "flush" means. Explained it and they said they dont flush.

Withdraw times approx 5 working days back to neteller or moneybookers. I asked why this was and she didnt have a clear answer just thats how long they take.

They seem good on the bonus front though and C/S was as I said very polite. But the bull about 5 days to run a withdraw and not willing to flush was enough for me not to open and account at this time. Thats just me but why wait when i can deposit elsewhere and know if I win the money will be with me in less than 24 hours and I wont be tempted to reverse as the MG casinos I play at do flush on request.

Change the above stance and you might see some of my bling bling.

Won a few bucks on some free spins and was paid in about 36.hours via neteller.

Thumbsup so far!

Yes, me too always got paid fast and without a hassle by GoWild.
Always within 48 hours. No idea why support came up with 5 business days.

Its a pity they bonusbanned me, cant figure out why, otherwise I would still play there.

Well im only going by what the Cs told me. Maybe the Gowild rep could clairfy this here ? so 2 direct questions to the GoWild rep

1 : What is your exact payout time for withdraws back to neteller or moneybookers and what is the reverse time frame on withdraws ?

2 : Do you flush withdraws on request so they are not reversable ?

manyt thanks in advance

well ivre been a member at gowild almost from day 1 always had xlnt service even though there bonus on mondays and fridays has gone a bit down :) but always been paid out within 36 hours even got $960 there that i expect to hit my neteller account any min now :)

1 : What is your exact payout time for withdraws back to neteller or moneybookers and what is the reverse time frame on withdraws ?

2 : Do you flush withdraws on request so they are not reversable ?

1. After the withdrawal request has been submitted there is a pending period of 24hrs during which a player can reverse his withdrawal request himself, should he chooses to of course. After this period winnings are subject to verification, the usual time is around 24 hours after the pending period is over. On some rare occasions it can be a bit longer, if an additional verification has to be done or it's the weekend/holiday. However this is very rare and it takes up to 48hrs for winning to be processed.

After the verification of players withdrawals, winnings are instantly credited on Neteller/Mooneybookers accounts.

2. Yes, there is an option to flush withdrawals on players request. Please feel free email our finance department at finance@gowildcasino.com and they will take care of it. There is also an option to email our customer care and they will take care of your request with our finance team.

GoWild freerolls

I like the freerolltournaments at GoWild. Only thing that i find annoying is that the amount of coins vs playtime doesn't compute when something (like a bonusgame) occurs. Maybe add more playtime ?

Go WILD? nice intro...

Read Bryan's email.
Used link. D/L software (very fast!) Registered.
Live chatted Daniela - sweet!
Got my free $10 plus 30 free spins (ho hum)
Freespins earned me $4 and something.
Start playing the $14 odd and oops! hit the BETMAX by mistake - instant reduction to $11. Ah well...
Set auto to 100 spins, walk away, look back, hey 10 freespins;
Click play - walk away again.
Returned to this (Can't cash out yet of course) Nice opener though, hey?

Old Attachment (Invalid)

So, anyhow, it's (puke) ThunderGod11
should I keep playing you reckon?

I signed up at GoWild recently but have not yet deposited. I would like to give it a try, however it concerns me a great deal that you can't check the pt for yourself. Even more so when you say you've been given the wrong info.
How did you find out? Was the figure apparently incongruent? Where you given any explanation to why you were given the wrong figure?
(I'd better be clear here, I'm not suggesting it was deliberate of course.)
Since I usually only play at casinos where you can check the pt for yourself I'm kind of lost here. I'd appreciate any feedback not only with reference to GoWild.

Cheers
Emme

If you want to check your playthrough at GoWild, its there, but hidden.
Just open MY ACCOUNT from the casino lobby, then go to VIEW AND REDEEM LOYALTY POINTS.
There you can see your actual cash and bonusbalance. (clearplay)

Its best to restart the casino first, as the bonusbalance does not update in real time, a bit of a hassle, I know, but its better than nothing, right?:D
