Following the event that GoWild joins the Casinomeister, I registered an account at GoWild. I have made 2 deposits and 1st withdrawal (processing) so far, here is my feels and suggestions to GoWild:
My feels:
1) Upon registration, I found out AUD is not supported. So I have to go with USD(USA player is not allowed, but why USD?). I use moneybookers and even if I am a VIP there still that means I lost about 1.9% each deposit made to GoWild. This is not casino's problem but I will less likely to play often there.
2) The opening page in the Viper software is less organized than other MG casinos. I can understand this is a new MG casino
3) Deposits are easy to make but bonus WR even bonus balance is hard to find out. It is not "ClearPay" bonus system and I have to contact support twice to get how much I have waged, once being told wrong information. - Biggest shortcome I found out so far.
4) I have made my 1st withdrawal due to a good run on new slots games. I made the very small withdrawal(just 800) and so far not received yet. I do not say this is casino 's problem because this is the 1st withdrawal. But I did not receive any information/ document requests yet from support either. Till now 48 hour(s).
5) Last but not least, comp point is too tight. 0.5/1000 ratio I believe?
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
My suggests:
1) Get Viper opening page organized, put players level, comp and bonus information along with support email and live chat in one place.
2) Use "ClearPay" system Please Please
3) Loose up comp point ratio, not much I believe 1/1000 ratio
Overall, to a new MG casino, GoWild is not bad to join.
------------------------------------------------------------------------
PS: According to GoWild homepage, they have a fast cashout system, I have not tried out yet. However if it works, then GoWild should be recommended to join.
Cheers
