Welcome to CM, no need to shout.

All casinos will want to see your government issued photo ID, address verification and your deposit method (credit card, bank card, ewallet info). This is to prevent fraud, underage gambling and money laundering.

RTG has the little extra step of the faxback form where you sign you authorized the deposits. This helps them to prevent chargebacks. You don't have to fax it, you can email it.

3Dice might not ask for anything if they can verify your identity and address behind the scenes (registered voter, etc). But they have the right to.

There are a few other casinos that accept US players, as far as I know they all require ID and address verification, as well as a copy of any cards you use to deposit.

This is normal for every casino I have played at RTG or not.
They usually want a scanned copy of a photo ID(drivers license/passport ) a current utility bill showing your name and mailing address. They also want a scanned copy of the credit card you used to deposit. I always block the middle numbers on the credit card, only displaying the first and last 4 digits. They also have a form to fill out and sign.
You can scan and e-mail all of this.
There are a few places that want you to mail the stuff but they don't accept US players anyway so you don't need to worry about that.

I always send my verification document and faxback form as soon as I register and play at a new casino. I ask them to verify me and let me know when that is done. I wont play past the first deposit until this is completed. That way no surprises like they want something I am unwilling to give them (like the full credit card un-blocked).

o'h, and welcome to the forum :)
