Resolved Failed loss limit

I played at Intertops where I lost my first deposits. Stated I wanted to close my account permanently but I reconsidered this. Then wanted to withdraw after freeplayed bonus by setting a loss/wager limit to secure couldn't contact support wich was offline. Ok I lost those 2 withdrawal requests so I let them set a limit again while I now contacted their Live Support. I wanted the loss/ wager limit to be set at 1$.
They send me the following email, but they never set a limit to my account and lost my funds again for a 3rd time!

Skephan we understand how frustrated you feel after playing your funds however, your loss limit was set to 0 when this was requested.


What you could have done to prevent you from playing your winnings was to transfer the funds back to your main wallet out of the casino. (No point you can instantly reverse it back and forth)


By leaving the funds in the casino does not guarantee a withdrawal request, the funds must always be transferred back to the main wallet for this request to be processed.

After this following email I received 2 emails stating that they don't have a loss limit(offcourse they have a wager limit)
I contacted the Intertops Rep and their Responsible Gaming department, but 0 reaction.

I still haven't had any response of the Rep or their support. Terrible communication.
