There are two ratings. The CM rating is based on a mathematical formula which is outlined here:

The other rating is "User" or Meister Minions - this is based on their opinion. Meister Minions can rate the casinos on the rating section of the private Meister Minion forum. I try to update these on a weekly basis.

This is the importance of the Meister Minions - to keep our reviews and ratings as accurate as possible.

I think the point being made though is that the ratings are wrong now. Cashout/reverse times are miles out on the review and presumably that means the points are too?

The review states 0-5 hours for cashout and no reverse time, which would both give the highest points. However there are numerous reports now of cashout taking between 48-72 hours (and longer in some cases) with the reverse time being exactly the same, even the faster withdrawals tend to take 24 hours now.

There is also quite a large difference between the CM score and the user rating, while I know that may happen from time to time, it does suggest the review should maybe be looked at again? Even the MM payout times show it isn't close to 0-5 hours in many cases.
