Hi guys,
I've made 3 Deposits via MasterCard with Casumo a few days ago totalling EUR 200. Then I was so lucky to make it all up to around EUR 543. Mind you that I have NEVER taken any Bonus or anything else...
After more than 24 hours of waiting (without a possibility of locking or flushing) they now reject my withdrawal.
Their reason for the reject is that I should have made the Withdrawal to my Bank Account instead of to Skrill.
The only problem with that is that I'm only given 2 Choices to make:
1. Withdraw to VISA (which doesn't exist anymore - was previously Entropay)
2. Withdraw to Skrill (which I have done previously in 2018)
(There's no Option #3 and you can't click it.)
So the obvious choice is definitely to withdraw via Skrill.
Now... where do you think the problem is with this picture?

You're exactly correct if you guessed that I don't have the option to withdraw to my Bank Account.
So what in the world am I suppose to do now? Have to wait for them to figure out their own way get this resolved. OMG!!! I'm so extremely Frustrated with CASUMO.
They will contact me back tomorrow... The story continues...
