Hi guys,

I've made 3 Deposits via MasterCard with Casumo a few days ago totalling EUR 200. Then I was so lucky to make it all up to around EUR 543. Mind you that I have NEVER taken any Bonus or anything else...

After more than 24 hours of waiting (without a possibility of locking or flushing) they now reject my withdrawal.

Their reason for the reject is that I should have made the Withdrawal to my Bank Account instead of to Skrill.

The only problem with that is that I'm only given 2 Choices to make:

1. Withdraw to VISA (which doesn't exist anymore - was previously Entropay)
2. Withdraw to Skrill (which I have done previously in 2018)
(There's no Option #3 and you can't click it.)

So the obvious choice is definitely to withdraw via Skrill.

Now... where do you think the problem is with this picture?
Ding Ding Ding!!!
You're exactly correct if you guessed that I don't have the option to withdraw to my Bank Account.

So what in the world am I suppose to do now? Have to wait for them to figure out their own way get this resolved. OMG!!! I'm so extremely Frustrated with CASUMO.

They will contact me back tomorrow... The story continues...

Well for starters, I am confused when you said it is mastercard deposits you made the 3 deposits with. I thought all banks had VISA Debit cards. I can not see which country you are from either, You did state EURO. So if those mastercard was credit cards, then currently in the UK for example you can now no longer deposit money into any ewallet or any casino online with a credit card. Not sure if EU countries will follow suit.

So it is not surprising that you can not withdraw to your bank account, because you probably never even registered your bank account with casumo. Mastercard's are usually credit cards. VISA Debit is usually bank accounts and VISA is credit cards.

Online casinos the majority of them have a term in their terms and conditions that state ANY Withdraw request needs to be made to the same method you deposited with. So in other words if you deposited with a Mastercard then you can usually only withdraw to the same Mastercard. I always never understood why casinos even allowed credit card deposits anyway especially when it comes to withdrawing to credit cards if you manage to win. As if your credit limit is for example £2000 and you had £1500 left and you won £1000 and withdrew that to the credit card as you had to because it was the only way they allowed you to withdraw to, it would mean your credit card limit would still be £2000? and then show an excess balance? I have got no idea. Never ever tried and never ever would use a credit card to deposit. But I am glad the UKGC have now stopped all UK players from being able to use them anyway. I 100% agree with UKGC taking this step.

I would suggest just waiting for a rep and see what they suggest you do. It will probably result in them asking you to register and send ID to verify your bank so they can wire transfer it to your bank account. I would wait a few days to see if a rep replies in this thread or via email before taking any further steps or doing a PAB though.

Good Luck though! Just be strong, maybe ask Casumo if they can limit your account so you can only log into it to speak to live chat so you can not wager anything for X number of days until this issue has been sorted out, so it does not risk you reversing it and spending it?

1. When I open the account, it was in EUR (don't ask me why coz it was the only option given).
2. Deposit was made using MasterCard
3. Withdrawal options available (2 options... Entropay Card or Skrill)
4. I'm from Malaysia

I've sent them my ID since 5 years ago... Yes everything has been verified (Address, ID and etc).

Ps. In case you have no idea... Entropay Cards DO NOT exist anymore. They are no longer in this business.

Just FYI... You can withdraw to a Visa Card but you can NEVER withdraw back to a MasterCard. It's just not allowed. No matter where you are in this world, there can be no withdrawal back to MasterCard.

Bit moot now as U.K. have banned them but Casumo always let me withdraw back to MC

In fact if I tried to put it back to my VISA Debit (thinking they wouldn’t let me to MC) they used to cancel it and tell me to take it back to the MC

Have you tried the rep here @CasumoLouis
After all the years here I’ve learned how to link.
I have sent him a msg about a few days ago...

Also have emailed him but when I checked with their people on Live Support, it seems that he is on vacation for a few weeks already. So it's exactly like he's MIA.

Fair play mate.
they always treated me well to be honest, but after seeing so much negativity on here by valued members I’d be dubious to deposit there anymore.
maybe ask @dionosys to give the rep a nudge for you.
Hope it works out ok.

I would seriously appreciate it if anyone of the mods or etc could actually give him a nudge or link him to this thread. It would seriously be very helpful.

Theres some shite posted in this thread

I have 4 Mastercards, not one is a credit card
I have been depositing and withdrawing to one of them since before Christmas, 2 of the others were used previously to withdraw to. So saying you cannot withdraw to any mastercard worldwide is complete rubbish.
Not sure what the point being made about a withdrawal putting a credit card into credit, why would a casino care? Some credit cards will close the account if you do so, but from the casino side they would never know as they don't know your balance.

Some Mastercards cannot accept withdrawals, not all.

The UK is probably the last country left that allows casino withdrawals to MC.

It is simply not possible for other countries as part of the MC number is a country identifier.

Finally after a lot of pushing from left to right to left to right, they finally decided to pay me via Skrill.

But they wanted a hell lot of documents from me. Include re-verification.

Have just received my Skrill withdrawal from them.

Still extremely frustrated but glad that it's all over.
