Hi,

So I signed up to Extraspel and turned my free spins in to just over £100 (max cash out £100), didn't realise I had to deposit to withdraw (I know rookie error), I deposited and received another bonus i didn't know about, I can't cash out my freespins winnings until I've wagered over £7000.
Impossible! I contacted support to say I didn't want the extra bonus and couldn't opt out and was told the only way to opt out was to remove everything including my previous winnings.

Just got spouted ts and cs when I said how unfair it was, a long shot I know but anything I can do?

I won fair and square and just want my £100!

Thanks,
Louise

Thats the trouble with sign up bonus, Any decent site should take away the deposit bonus or better still have a choice to choose the bonus,

It's not a rookie error to not deposit before requesting a withdrawal, in fact I'd call it astuteness.

The rookie error comes in playing in a casino that sounds like an extra- curricular punishment lesson in English class and then proceeding to locate CM for answers :(

It may have been won fair and square, but tinpot casinos don't prioritize fairness in their monthly staff meetings.

Probably best to wave your deposit goodbye

This outfit claims UK and Malta licensing, so there are avenues for complaint, at least.
