New Slot Announcement Extra Chilli, BTG

It still spins at £1 a spin, irrespective of how much it has cost you to get to that point.
So on those IGT games where you play 40 lines at 1p and pay an extra 20p 'for the feature' meaning 60p a spin. do you base a feature win on the 40p stake, or the 60p cost?
or a game like foxin' wins with the extra cost of 'enhanced play' do you base a feature win on the base stake, or the cost of the spin?

But the Extra Chilli feature is nothing like what you are asking me to compare to. It would be if you increase the bet size on a normal spin and as a result of that it gives you more chance of the top symbols appearing.

Yes, just as you are forgetting about any wins that come in while spinning normal spins. I do get what you're saying but as you can't say how many spins it takes to get to the feature, you can't work it out like that. I've had a feature on Bonanza on my first spin before, it's also took me over 1000 spins to get there, which has then paid less than 20x stake. As I say, if you buy a feature for £100, you win £50 are you happy or sad?

I would be as sad as spending £100 to trigger the feature naturally.

We are never ever going to agree so I will leave it that we shall agree to disagree.

I will base my win multiplier on winnings divided by the value of the spin and leave it at that. Whether that win came natural or by buying the feature will be for me to know and you never to find out :p

Reading the thread I thought I would give it a go! And I’ve actually played quite long ...

Its a low variance Bonanza if you ask me guys. On top of this you can lose your free spins .
A no go for me at least until I see that the game is capable of paying 1000x from 12 free spins let’s say , not 24!

i'm surprised interlog that you as a veteran player would see these bets like this . if i spin £1 click & hit one 1000x bet its £1000.
If i click £50 & hit £1000 it 20x my bet .

You can go around in circles with this , either way its still one spin, click or whatever else you want to call it, it's irrelevant your buying a feature for £50 to play it at £1 , it still costs you £50 quid to spin it.

Example of last nights play i bought a feature for £50 quid , results was £48.75p i made a loss of £1.25-

I then bought another for £100 which paid £256 odd 2.5 times my bet.

Add
on that note im going to have a pint

I would play this a lot more than the original bonanza .. I don't play bonanza because of all the horror stories of 1000s of spins without bonuses
I like that it's possible to trigger the bonus in normal spins and 1 in 230 is rare but not impossible ofc . How many spins on average does white rabbit take ? Because seems like very few players even bother trying to spin in a bonus in the basegame

i play normal lots again its a question of who knows( nobody ) although you could work out a average maybe Harry would know ) , ive had three in less than 10 spins other times gone 500+ without it then just end up buying it & start a new session again , sometimes you get coins galore other times it doesnt show.

A veteran player. But also a youtuber, streamer and affiliate.
Calling a bought feature win of 10x stake, based on how much the feature was bought for, isn't as good for business as calling it a 1000x win,

Thanks to the newly posted link, I have been playing the slot for about an hour or so. Perhaps I have been unlucky, but the balance was dropping pretty fast on £2 spins. Much faster than Bonanza.

Here is a question that somebody may be able to answer. In terms of maths, because of the coin drops it surely has to be taken from somewhere. In other words, the RTP during the base game has to be lower than Bonanza surely as eventually you are going to get a "free" feature?

I disagree. It may by lower, but it doesn't have to. In fact I think it will be the same.
From a maths point you are right that the TRTP of the feature has to be taken from somewhere, but that also applies to Bonanza and any other game.
The coin drops and the buy option doesn't change anything. But allow us to calculate the TRTP of the base game in Extra Chilli.
That would be (230 x 96 / 100 - 48) x 100 / 230 = 75.13% :)

A bit more as I used 96% as the TRTP of all the game.
The 230 is the average spins to trigger feature and the 48 is the average pay of the feature.

BTG must be kicking themselves over not having included a purchase bonus for Bonanza. It's customary to go well over 1000 spins without so much as a G-O, like the other week I played it. In fact it must have been close to 1500 in all honesty.

Would I have bought the bonus? Damn right!

Probably the reason it's going to be prevalent in every BTG game henceforth. They know full well that even with three scatters, their games have an aversion to bonusing. I expect this thread to be riddled with more complaints about it than people have had features, in about three months' time

Don’t be daft... they’ve canned so much money from bonanza they employ people to kick them :p

Nah, as a Youtuber, streamer and affiliate I just call Nick Robinson on speed dial and he gives me any win I want. I want a 10,000x win (x betsize or stake is irrelevant), I get it - pretty simples :p

To answer my own question lol......

According to live help:
Ethan
We can expect the game to go live later in the afternoon, but we will have the exact time at around 7 AM.
Hah, waddaya know. I've spoken to Ethan before too :p

My usual source on Twitter confirms it will be live just after 9PM UK time (10PM CET) at Leo Vegas ONLY and available on all other partner sites on the 24th April.

Will be interesting to see how many people enjoy this when playing for real money. After a few weeks of demo play I'm left disappointed.

I just don’t see Extra Chilli being as popular as Bonanza. Don’t like how the “assembly line” appears last or the risking of difficult to obtain free spins. Buying bonuses is OK considering the difficulty of obtaining them.

Don’t like how BTG promotes their new slots, either. I even wonder if BTG is actually run by the Hillsong Church.

Its live at LV now, taking ages to load though due to traffic so be warned lol :p

Beware also low roller buddies, default bet size is £2

Right they say "First Impressions............"

250 Spins in (roughly) down £20 on Minimum bets

3 "heartbeat tries" for the feature, Nope.

Someone start the "Where is the 'T' "thread now please :p

Not impressed at all BUT I feel, I'm basing my opinion on past Bonanza success and feedback etc so I'll give it a bit longer.

Never, EVER thought I'd say this but looks like I'll stick to Bonanza in the main though

Anyone notice the mistake in LV's description of the game?

Seeing as they sent a bonus out today, wonder how many are going to buy a bonus round without realising they will lose their winnings.

Crossed my mind mate, Now It's down to £4.xx to buy, surely I'm ok to do it ?

NO NO NO NO AND NO! This will never be my ‘go to’ slot.
Bought 8 features....

gamble -lost

Gamble -lost

Gamble -lost

Cololect 8 spins - won 1/4 of what I paid for bonus

gamble -lost

Trigger +4 Gamble -win, win took 20 spins and finished with 4x what I paid for feature

Gamble -lost

Collect 8 spins and won nearly x1 of what I paid.

None of the other 500 spins inbetween triggered feature.

I obviously haven’t got the right strategy for this game so walking away now! Lol
DHV where are u?

I’m fact, it is no longer called extra chilli (as you never get the extra) but instead I now christen it
UPSIDE DOWN BONANZA!

I'm off to bed, Summary, I cannot figure out how we can even win on this without gambling the FS.

Also know the reel set up's are the same but seems nothing like Bonanza, Base game is soooo dry - Duplo blocks most spins and the feature buy reduction coins suddenly vanish when you're getting close

Are you saying it's rigged in some capacity?
