Extra chilli stuck bonus

I've had a stuck bonus round on Extra Chilli for the past 2 weeks The whole bonus plays out but last spin says error ending game. Really annoyingly the bonus pays different every time. And the highest one was 450x! It has even gave me extra spins a few times when I replay it! Contacted casino and they've had me do all the usual cookies cache to no avail I've even tried it on my desk top and laptop and tablet still the same error ending game. They've reached out developer 10 days ago with no response yet! Really getting peeved off and just want my winnings paid. They said admittedly it's taking longer than anticipated to get any news back from developers. Anybody else had this error on a btg game? And if so how long did it take them to fix the broken round and for casino to credit you're winnings

On a wider note stuff like kenny is experiencing here is really bad, the round should be stored server side at least until the point it bombs out, and therefore replay the same each time up to that point.

What's going to happen here is BTG will eventually give you some answer as to what the server decided was your bonus round, and you'll never get to see it.

Yep fully expecting to get shafted. It's winding me up though the length of time it's taking I've sent the photos and videos as well as game ID. These games can really just rob you and there's no recourse

@kennygamerboy exactly the same thing happened to me on Kingmaker. The bonus round would always crash on the last spin. Fortunately I have an account manager at grosvenor and was able to pass the issue on to him. Not sure how it got resolved, whether it was clearing the game round from their backend or the provider. I'm not even sure if the bonus round got paid out. It was only on 20p so wasn't that bothered. Just wanted it fixed as it's my favourite game.

Update offered 30 spins at 10p and told clear cookies and cache cos developer fixed round and the bonus round will complete on doing that
Cleared cookies low and behold game round was completely gone along with whatever I won and the game is reset not happy at all! So no bonus winnings and not even a return of my stake. Absolute theft of the highest order. Btg are absolute shysters

That's really shite, you should have at least been given a definitive answer as to what the round paid.

This is inherently part of the problem when you've got that layer of separation between the people who make the games (in this case BTG) and the casino itself (which is basically just a 'shop window' for all the different providers).

When it comes to scenarios like this, as relatively rare as they might be, you're basically screwed.

I remember at 3Dice I noticed a problem with their game Super Suits Plus, in that if you'd used their (very configurable) autoplayer to put the game into 'full auto' mode, if it went into a free spins round with the autoplayer enabled, the free spins in the bonus would could towards the autoplayer's spin count, and if it reached zero before the end of the bonus, the game wouldn't resume when it came out of the bonus. (This was the only 3Dice game that exhibited this behaviour.)

(i.e. You set the autoplayer to 250 spins, you go into a bonus with 23 spins left on the autoplayer, the bonus retriggers and you end up with 36 free spins, those 36 spins count towards the autoplayer's count total so when you come out of the bonus, the game stops.)

It was purely a little bug that didn't affect the game's pays at all, but I flagged it up to 3Dice through their support email address with an explanation, and they emailed me back with a 'Cheers, you're the first person to ever notice that! We've fixed it now'. And true enough, it was fixed!

Zero chance of anything like that with the 'multiple provider shop front casino' like you've had here, because you have no way of talking to BTG, unlike at 3Dice who make and host their own games, at their own casino.

This is, incidentally, why I Bandicam 100% of my online slots play, so if anything fishy ever happens, I'll have the video evidence of what occurred.

I have just asked them if they can tell what the developer has said the bonus paid cos they said in the email once I do the steps "theoretically" the bonus will complete. And 30 spins at 10p is a piss take IMO. Live chat said I've been compensated by the site i said that's not an answer. They haven't even said the old malfunction voids pay they told me it will complete. The thing is if I've had a issue in the past with glitched round I'll get the winnings a little bit later in account pragmatic for example I had a round glitch out on Extra juicy and it didn't give the winnings to my balance but about 40 mins later the winnings credited. Also wondering if they've even contacted btg or have they just reset it themselves on the casino end. Bandi cam is a good idea I sometimes slot on my laptop so it may be worth getting it.so If according to them btg have resolved it where are the winnings cos it didn't complete at all. Just shocking and poor

The thing is there should be a unique game ID round that can be reconciled on the backend with your unique client ID for the session, all this stuff runs on transactional databases that record everything. The problem is the layer of abstraction between your client and the ultimate backend which is BTG, that layer of abstraction being the 'middleware' of the casino itself, which will also have its own transactional databases.

I'm wondering if something's gone amiss in terms of the transaction being committed (or rather, not being committed) at BTG's side, which is why you kept getting a different round result every time when you replayed it.

Either way it still shouldn't have happened, but TBH I think you're unlikely to get any further with it. Their answer is going to be, 'We investigated and fairly compensated the player'.
