I guess that's the way for modern companies now, where new promos are foisted unto (preferably) new players, with praise and adulation galore, made all the better with infantilized logos and a general dumbing-down towards the customers, who are seen as children, and where the only meaningful interaction to be had is via Social Media to determine your usefulness to them.

Then comes the begging for validation, as the feedback requests come a -knockin' for those good reviews, Trustpilot and all!

All the while, basic customer care is ignored, as is any sort of negative feedback. I mean why acknowledge it if you can just ignore it right?

You can mostly tell when there are 'fly-by-night' reputation assassins that wish to belittle a brand, yet all I see with Casumo is a plethora of fairly resolvable, trivial issues being ignored for sport, and still, this casino sits atop the accreditation tree, happily gaslighting all and sundry with no real resolutions in sight. How can this be?

Great Welcome Offer or not, seeing poster after poster rightfully berate them for their shoddiness must have some merit, and the rep coming on here doling out a few platitudes doesn't seem to change anything, even with the smileys at the end.

Gotta say I'm wondering myself how they continue to get away with their escapades, as they seem to be one of a couple of protected species round these parts, and I have no idea why :laugh:

live chat with casumo is like pulling your teeth out with a door knob and string, takes for ever then you get script replies, and no help with your question. asked to speak to a manager or supervisor got told they do not do live chat if you wish to speak to them send an email.(anyone know how to send a speaking email).
