if you guarantee you want keep my money for 3 month when you ask me for SOW 😂

Certainly one that qualifies for "read the terms carefully" - multiple references to 30x wagering both here and in the summary of the rules, and yet buried further down...
The whole amount (bonus amount and deposit) must be wagered 30 times. If you deposit £10 and get £10 in bonus, you will have to wager the total amount (£20) 30 times.

So be aware it's 30x(D+B) or 60xB, and not 30xB as some might infer.

Jesus Christ. What the hell else lurks beneath those T&Cs? Any player found winning more than 10 times on any game will have their winnings forfeited? Betting higher than 60p will be seen as advantage play?

Upon completion of wagering play logs will be sent to MI6 to rule out 'problematic' betting patterns?

Hello @jasonuk thanks for the heads up, even though it's mentioned on the thread itself: "30x wagering requirement for Bonus Spins and 30x wagering requirement for Deposit Bonus" :)

Just be ready to fight for months to get any winnings. If ya get so lucky to be able to withdraw anything that is. Because Casumo cares. ;)

Wouldn't take the offer if you paid me, which Casumo wouldn't do anyway, because they would go straight
to the SOW playbook of payment stalling dickmoves the moment you had the auducity to...

1. Win and
2. Make a cashout request

No point at winning a single dime at a casino that has a reputation for completely taking the joy out of winning
and replacing that with the long-winded, time-wasting, privacy-invading and stress-inducing exercise of actually RECEIVING
your winnings, that were won fair and square.

Casumo is no better than an underground clip joint bookie that will take any bet under the sun, then welsh the moment they have to pay up.

Why they were welcomed back to CM with open arms after their previous rogue pit worthy wrongdoings is beyond me.

Pretty much because they promised to be more involved here. Their absence from the site is one of the reasons why they were removed from the Accredited section - besides the history of SOW issues (which is clearly mentioned in their review btw).

But looking at these terms a bit more - I didn't realise that the wagering requirements were this high. So my apologies.

30x D+B is hardly unusual nowadays, and in the UK you can withdraw cash balance any time anyway if you win before using the bonus funds. But 30% WR contribution on 96.8%+ RTP slots is bad, very bad. Effectively makes it £20,000 wagering for a £100 bonus (200x) should you choose one of that category to play on.

My rear end is transmitting psychosomatic pain just thinking about 200x WR.

Unless the bonus structure has changed recently. They use split wagering.
So you're always playing with cash and bonus funds.
On a 100% bonus, you'd be able to withdraw half of your balance at any time

Well I thought that was against the rules in that "a player should have unrestricted access to their deposited funds at all times.." to paraphrase it.

Hey brianmon and dunover!

That is correct! The bets are a proportional mix of real and bonus funds to complete the wagering, just to clarify however as dunover has pointed out, in the UK market you have a right to withdraw your cash deposit and any cash winnings from this deposit. This would mean the bonus balance at the time would be auto-forfeited, but any bonus wagering requirements would not restrict you from withdrawing your cash deposit and cash winnings 😊

I mean to be completely honest, I've seen better bonuses, but also way worse. As bonuses goes nowadays that's not actually that bad. The real problem is that they will SOW just about everyone. Doesn't matter if you've deposited 100 or 100k. And it will take ages. Weeks or months. Just be ready for that if you play at casumo. You will probably be waiting for weeks to get your money. Is it worth it for a below average bonus? That's for every person to decide for themselves.

Hey there perunamies,

There are many factors that would contribute to requesting or not requesting SOW on an account and this can of course sometimes be a complicated and tricky process to complete, but that doesn't mean it always is! We have a lot of cases where it's finished quickly and promptly. Do bear in mind as well, that SOW can be, and more often is, requested in conjunction with withholding deposits rather than withdrawals to ensure player safety whilst this is carried out 😊
