Tried to Ask the support to tell me which casinos that uses EM platform I am excluded from.. They could not discuss that with me.. Why? And I have sent a couple of emails to everymatrix with no response what so ever. It just seems a little shady, that the casinos and the platform provider kind of hides information from the costumers.. At least I got some information about clients that uses GamMatrix.. He said that if you self exclude from one of GM clients, that information will be sent to the other clients. GM provides responsible gambling, so you can't have multiple accounts on the same network, such as GM.. I have sent emails to both guts and thrills, and they are both saying that they use GM platform. Although guts is about to change. But why isn't that information on the casinos website??
