Hi everyone.

I know the issue of everymatrix and self exclusion gets harped on a bit however is there specific information relating to the everymatrix brand and self exclusion?

My situation is, quite a while back I closed my accounts at next casino and jetbull (casinos consider closed accounts as self excluded). Six months later I opened accounts at thrills and superlenny and play their regularly. I have only discovered the link in the casino's today on an old forum.

I have never made a withdrawl from thrills or superlenny however it is my casino of choice.

Is it pointless playing at superlenny and thrills with both of them being everymatrix casino's. There seems to be a very grey area with self exclusion/closed accounts and online casino's and it seems you have to do a lot of research to ascertain if you can play there or not.

My account is empty however before I make my next deposit I may advise them of this and see what they advise.

Anyone had any experience with this issue and still been able to play at the casino?

Thanks,
Lukas.

You are free to go on playing at Thrills casinos. It's the license that matter and Betit group have their own.
I do know that SuperLenny is listed with Every Matrix license too but it should be just because they use their sportsbook.

You maybe need to ask about that but otherwise you're good to go.

Edit: JdRocks already said the same so it must be true :)

I have just discovered there was a post regarding this very subject only two months ago so apologies about the rehash.

This is starting to frustrate me though as from what I have read if I had won I would have received squat. What an ethical world we live in now.

Is this new though as I noticed on the askgamblers website thrills were advising clients at the end of 2015 they were still part of everymatrix

I self excluded from jetbull or one of the other sites years ago. It all ended with EM refunding me all my deposits over those years. Totall around 5K euros. If they deny your winnings then go to the MGA and make a complaint they have to refund you then.
