Seriously tho, the more I read every day is casinos are starting to take us for a bunch of mugs. Sure there are "good guys" out there still but this treating us as if our IQ is in minus figures HAS to stop!

Never gonna happen I'm afraid, they forget that gamblers come from all walks of life and unbelievably there are many highly- intelligent punters out there.

Unfortunately they care less about that and more about your money. They know that we are all addicted slot feeders, so nuance and subtlety doesn't ever come into it. Why be nice to someone who's going to pour money into their casinos? If one disgruntled player leaves there's a conveyor belt of others to replace them

Ladbrokes CS obviously sucks balls but don't go expecting them to change anytime soon, at least not until that sunny day when their business is failing and makes less profit. Only then will they buck their ideas up

Lol. Most of us enjoy a freebie. Even many middle/high rollers. We could all lose a fiver in no time without thinking twice about it. For me this was never about me losing out personally.
I suspect that once I have lodged my complaint tomorrow I may be unable to air its progress in here until its completion? Or is that only if I PAB?

Yes mate. AFAIK as long as there in no PAB in progress you're free as a bird to post what you like (within usual forum rules of course )

It's only once you submit a PAB that you have to refrain from posting on the subject of the PAB.

I have looked at all of the communications that I have saved and realise that there is a fair bit of compiling to do as well as cross referencing in order to highlight inconsistencies,bullshit and avoidance. So I have put it off until tomorrow when I can concentrate on making it as concise as I can without forgetting anything.
Too many distraction this weekend here.
I am unsure if I can rely on anyone else being able to produce their own email of this offer and then being unable to use it?

This on pc? I use my tablet or mobile 99% of the time and all old emails are gone in a certain amount of days.

Yes on my pc. I've no doubt that they will have reference to the email offer. However,as they stupidly insinuated that they doubt that I received the email and have been so shitty in answering questions then I have little reason to trust them.

Update.

The UKGC They have advised me in the first instance to contact the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) as the CMA are currently conducting an investigation into gambling operators with unfair/misleading terms and conditions.

I am taking their advice and I have sent my complaint to the CMA

I have received a message from the CMA who have agreed to pass this case on to their online gambling investigation team so I will next be expecting communication from them requesting more detailed information and evidence,which I surely have

Another update.
IBAS have requested that I again request from Ladbrokes a CR number for my case. Again they have refused to provide one stating that they are using my Email and Username as a reference and that IBAS should use them too! IBAS can not proceed with the case unless they are provided with a CR number!
Again I am met with stalling and obfuscation from Ladbrokes.
It does not look good for Ladbrokes

I do not want anyone to think I have a personal or other agenda against Ladbrokes, I have no sore loser routine with them either as when they abandoned MGS, I was well in front and have not deposited since.

I have however been privy to their wonderful level of customer service on more than a couple of occasions over the years, hence my interest in this thread!

A policy which they have sadly adopted for years bud, getting away with it hence their stubborn stance.

The guy who is dealing with this issue is not letting it stop there Jono. Their attitude has stunk from the start.Its as if they feel they are so big that they are invincible to even the UKGC and IBAS. No wonder they are not accredited and seldom get a mention in these fora

Just another quick update. Ladbrokes are not responding to emails from IBAS and IBAS are losing patience with Ladbrokes as they are not meeting their obligations of co-operation

Still awaiting an update about this issue since my last post. I have sent IBAS an Email so with luck I will hear something soon.
I think Ladbrokes should win an award for most suckiest casino of the year with their attitude toward customers and affiliates

Wow,this seems in the dim and distant past now! It resulted in a big fat nothing. If I recall correctly IBAS said that they would get back to me about it but it could be a few months. Since then I heard nothing. Its like giving casinos the green light to dupe their punters. One thing is for sure is that Ladbrokes will never see another penny from me
