Hi, In may 2007 I've played at empire casino and I ended up winning some money. I placed a withdrawel of 345 euro's on the 24th of may and I am waiting for it to be in my neteller ever since.
I have contacted them several times now, but the livechat keeps saying that they are doing everything that they can and that there has been a delay and other bullshit excuses.
The withdrawels are handled by clickcashier, I have mailed them several times now but they just ignore me.
So here is a good advice to all you guys: NEVER PLAY AT EMPIRE CASINO!

Same here... requested a withdrawal on 1 july 2007... not received any money, 2000 dollars!!!

This is the old Playtech and Neteller thing again. These are NOT "technical issues", it is Neteller - the casino's processor has been unable to satisfy Neteller's security requirements to be able to have a merchant account with full priviliges. This means that they cannot fund it with new money, and have to rely on further players making deposits via Neteller so that they can pay players out through Neteller.
To test this, see what they say to queries about accepting a cheque, even though it could take ages to turn up. If they seem happy with this, and the cheque turns up, it rather shows that my explanation is probably the correct one. If, however, they seem unable to pay by ANY means, then suspect financial, rather than technical, problems.

Kempe, try our Pitch a Bitch. It doesn't take long to fill out the form and send it. I could probably get to it and have it submitted for you by the end of the day.

I filed a PAB today... but if it will help????

Actually that's a good question ... but check your email because I've written to you regarding something I've heard from the casino.

I have more to say on this but I'll wait 'till I hear from you first.

The casino has paid me!

But still it's is an idiot situation that it took almost a year to have it completed. Have been on their livechat for a couple a dozens of times and never could give any answers.

If I called them, they told me that only technical support could be given. I also emailed the software provider, but never an answer.

I'm curious if you had some special line / contact to the casino and if they gave a reason why I didn't get paid. And i'm curious if other players got paid, or it was just me...

Good to hear that you got paid, it's always nice when it ends that way.

"Gave a reason"? No, nor did I expect them to. Most casinos aren't in the habit of explaining themselves, it's quite rare in fact.

Maybe so, but this case was probably the worst it gets without the player being accused of fraud. Even AMERICAN players have been paid faster, and we know why there might be a problem with payments.

Not only did this take a year, but no-one seemed to have a clue as to what the problems were, and to offer a solution. Suddenly, after a year of unresolvable "technical issues", a little Max whispers in their ear, and payment is made almost immediately.

Pulling a stunt?, I bet they were, bullsh1t "technical issues" excuse, probably because they hope they can get away with it nearly half the time.

Let me guess? Playtech (because I know it isn't RTG). Maybe something to do with C-Pays too?

I put in a PAB to Maxd this morning and EmpireCasino have already paid the $433 that was owing. This is amazing becasue I have been trying to get that money since July 2007!

Big thanks to Maxd for his work on this :notworthy.

It is good to know that Empire are resolving these issues.

It would be great to know what the hell has been going on during the mean time. Were they REALLY experiencing "technical issues", or were they hiding behind this as a convenient excuse, and now have decided they want to clean up their act, and feel the best way is nip this topic in the bud before we find out the true extent of these "technical issues" and the number of players who have waited more than a year for payment.

I do not believe that a simple "technical issue" would take this long to resolve, especially since it seems to be "a piece of cake" to resolve as soon as Max gets involved.
