"If you play the free spins first before using your real money balance we will not enforce the £100 max winnings rule. As long as the Free spins were taken in conjunction with a deposit/bonus "

So what you are saying that if the player DOES play the free spins first then their whole deposit is limited to a £100 max cashout , Even if they had made a £200 deposit ...
Can't see any warning signs about this on the site anywhere , Infact its only when questioned by a customer that you share this information , Do you not think its actually pretty important that the customer is aware of this ,
Example , You deposit £200 , get the £200 sign up bonus and the 25 free spins (that are 0.20p stake ), You win £5 off the free spins , It adds to your now balance of £405 , you open a slot playing £5 a spin , hit a 20x win and within 30 seconds have reached your maximum cashout ....
And then i bet this is where the "you have not met the wagering requirements " term is used , as the customer has not yet played through £200 x 20 WR , So essentially playing through over £4000+ (inc free spins wagering) to be able to withdraw that £100 profit ..MASSIVELY stacking the odds in your favour ..
So technically although you are saying the free spins bonus and the sign up bonus are separate with separate playthroughs and max withdrawals etc that you are infact joining the Wagering requirements from both of these bonuses together as joint Wagering rather than separate like the rest of the terms state . Therefor picking and choosing the worst possible scenarios from these terms to place upon the player .
The set up is just to convoluted with the bonus rules constantly changing during play depending on if you win or lose , if your playing with the free spins winnings or if you lose them and move into the sign up bonus money , What terms are triggered when , If your playing with the free spins money has the sign up bonus wagering been triggered yet .. , Just to much information that is not written down for the customer to see ..
If the solution to this problem is to just simply save your free spins til you have lost your original deposit or made a withdrawal from it after clearing wagering that how simple would it be to inform the customer of this .
Personally as a long time player if i start to see anything fishy or over complicated in the terms and conditions , reduced wagering contributions , max win on free spins , important information being missed out , Its a big warning sign and although i do love your games selection and easy depositing like paypal ( although again 3.5% charge for visa cards is the highest i have ever seen online ) ,
There are to many other sites out there that offer the same games , better terms/better offers ( like no wager / no max w/d free spins ) , and FREE deposits/quicker withdrawals .
