Hello everyone,

I want to share my experience with Dragobet.com, an online casino registered in Costa Rica.

  • I made three deposits via iDEAL (€150 + €150 + €100) to play.
  • From these deposits, I won €700 and successfully withdrew it.
  • Later, I won an additional €4,160.
  • On 29-12-2025, I requested a withdrawal of €2,000, and on 02-01-2026, another withdrawal of €1,500.
  • These withdrawals (€3,500 total) are still marked as “pending,” despite me completing all KYC verification and complying with all rules.
  • The casino has provided no clear explanation for withholding the funds.

I have contacted their support multiple times and even set a formal timeframe for payment, but they continue to refuse payout.

Advice: Be cautious with Dragobet.com. They have demonstrated that they can block withdrawals, even for legitimate winnings.

Oke i’m sorry but i really want to protect people to play at this casino

Yes, no problem, that’s a fine thing to do. Unfortunately that directly conflicts with our efforts to resolve your issue via the PAB process — casinos don’t like to discuss cases when they’re being openly attacked on the forums — which is why we ask in the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures that people wait until the PAB work is done before posting publicly.

Do you know something i can do against the casino?

If they are licensed in Costa Rica as you’d mentioned then unfortunately your choices are very limited. The PAB would have been a good way to start, but that’s obviously a problem now since you did submit a PAB then ignored the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures. Posting on the public forums and hoping they contact you to do the right thing is your next option, which clearly you’ve already done. In our experience that process is far less successful these days than it used to be.

Sadly you are in the same situation as other players, the site has no proper license and it's unlikely you'll be paid.

It’s crazy because some “casino scouts” all writing on internet that they are trusted and made withdrawals etc.
Its also crazy that they some people out.

They would say that, they are paid to say that or are associated non-independent affiliates.

That's frustrating. Unfortunately this is a common pattern with offshore casinos - they pay small withdrawals to build trust, then stall on bigger ones.

Few things you can try:

1. Document everything - screenshots of pending status, chat logs, emails with timestamps
2. Post on other forums like AskGamblers, they have a complaint system that sometimes gets casinos to respond
3. Check if they have any licensing body you can report to (Costa Rica licensing is weak but worth a shot)

For future reference, always check casino reputation before depositing and stick to well-reviewed sites with proper licensing (MGA, UKGC). The "pay small, block big" tactic is a major red flag.

Hope you get your money but honestly with Costa Rica casinos it's tough. Keep pushing and make noise on every platform you can.

IDEAL deposit, why play on a casino with NO Dutch licentie?
Shall I begin to sum up their reasons? :)

But yeah this is the downside from over-regulations. A market that was fine in 2021 is destroyed. Players go to the black market and have no clue if they get paid or not. That's sad.
