I requested a $50.00 withdrawal over a week ago from the Vegas Red casino. After two attempts to fax them a copy of my driver's license for identification and numerous calls, they still refuse to give me my refund. Did I break any of their terms and conditions? No. Did I do anything else illegal or unethical on their site? No. The reason they refuse to process my withdrawal is that they contend the fax I sent them was not clear?? This sounds like a total line of bull*** to me. I purposely lightened the contrast setting of the copy machine I used with my license, so that it would be clear. And it is. If the casino's fax machine is broke or defective, it is up to them and not me to repair or replace it.
Don't make up bogus excuses, though, stonewall me further and try to steal my money. Any replies from the rest of you?

i went through this would golden palace a log time ago, i couldnt beleive the amout of excuses i was given, the file is to big, we didnt recieve it, we cant receive that file format (jpeg!!!!),its not clear enough, make up an excuse and they will have already used it.

in the end i knew that i was being blatantly being lied to, after 6 weeks of bullshit (i wont self censor myself where this group is concerned) i ended up threatening them with going to CM and all the other portals, surpise surpise my money was with me the next day.

it was actually that incident that got me to open up my account here, however with them paying me, i had no need to make my opening post here a complaint about them.

however the question i ask, how many are not as internet savvy as me and know where to complain, and have given up on being paid?

this is a standard trick of golden palace (and in fact most playtechs).

oops, sorry i forgot this thread isnt about my personal bitch but about vegas red, anyway this is a standard trick amongst certain casinos, i dont know who vegas red are, but any chance they are playtech ?

the only reason i ask is that in my whole life i have only ever played at 3 playtechs and all 3 used this tactic, yet i have never encouted it anywhere else.

As far as scrollock's experience with Golden Palace, same here. Actuallly, literally everyone that I've come across (in person or via postings) who's made a withdrawal with the Golden Palace group (out of Quebec), goes through the exact same thing.

- Withdraw.

- No response.

- Contact them.

- Send fax forwarding documents.

- 3-4 weeks later, no response.

- Contact them again.

- Response by their customer support/financial department, "The documentation that you've sent is too dark, and unclear. Please send your documents again."

And finally, you'll (generally) get your money within 4 (if you're very lucky) weeks to 2-3 months (IF that).

Those who continue to deposit and withdraw from them, however, generally say that once you've gone through that 1st withdrawal process, every withdrawal afterwards takes anywhere from 24-72 hours.

Although the Golden Palace group is quite generous with their bonuses, and the wagering requirements are quite low (by today's standards) on those bonuses, but at the end of the day I still really dislike that specific group.

Last year around this time, I must have deposited and claimed something like 12 bonuses from them for a good portion of their casinos (each). I went bust on each without making a dent on all 12 casinos!!! Unheard of in my books.

I had no problem withdrawing from Golden Palace a couple weeks ago. I withdrew, email scans of documents, and a few days later my money was in Neteller. No hassles.

"Don't gamble here!" is an absolutely pointless title, it says nothing. You must put WHO your post relates to.

My first reaction was "I know you can't gamble at Casinomeister" and very nearly didn't bother to read the contents.

Why not just send your ID as an email attachment?

come on caruso, no need to nit pick :)

he will have to send his ID as an email attachment, but no doubt for the next 2 months he will be given the run-around.

i hope the opening poster keeps us updated and lists all the phoney excuses he gets given, so those who havn't played at a playtech casino get an insight into trying to cash out from one.

like you said about golden palace, he will get paid, i have no doubt about that, however he will have to jump through hoops to get is money and not give up as this is what they are relying on.

the thing thats gets me is that, is that all the playtechs apart from the ones we have deemed "honest" on other threads, all do the same, such is the cashout excuses & tactics uncannily similar, that it cant be coincidential, is playtech advising them on how to stall payment for all of them to do exactly same even though these casinos are in diffferent groups.

I have withdrawn with Golden Palace twice, they sent me a check (the one where you have to pay $35) First for 1,000 second for 2,000.

They were VERY quick and I never had a problem with them. This was this past November/December, and I have only played a few more times since then, but didn't hit anything to cash out.

Plus they are the only casino I found so far that accept pre-paid credit cards. :what:

The only bad thing I "could" say about them is they NEVER offer me bonuses, and I have spent quite a bit of money with them.

whem making the 1st withdrwal, you will receive an email asking you to send some docs to golden palace. If you pass the ID scrutiny, you will have no further problem.

I like Golde Palace casinos.
