I responded to a promotion offer from Rome Casino. I got lucky playing Keno, completed my playthrough and requested a cashout. That was in the first week of October (today is 11/18). After a couple of weeks I started chatting with the hosts, asking about my cashout. They all said don't worry about it, and when pressed, said to email customer support and/or the finance department. So I did, but I only recieved one response, which was that I would get an email when my withdrawal was approved. Fianlly, one host told me to contact the account manager. I've emailed him twice now with no response. I'm just going to keep on asking and emailing untill this is settled. I'll let you know when it happens.

Unfortunately Fred, you are yet another victim of the Rome casino payout system "scam".

How it works is that you make a withdrawal request, you wait for a week or two, you contact them, they either ignore you or tell "the cheque is in the mail etc", you wait several more weeks, you post a complaint in a public forum, Noah comes to your rescue and you get your money very quickly.

So, there is some good news in that Noah will make sure you're paid. You should count yourself very lucky that you found Casinomeister, as I have no doubt that many players have not and were probably never paid.

I just hope that this serves as a reminder to potential and current players of what can be expected if you win.

IMO this casino should be rogued based on this deliberate payout policy.

Nifty, I don't usually agree with you, but regarding rome casino you are 100% correct. I was just reading another complaint about them on gambling grumbles. It seems this time they slipped a $5.00 bonus into a players account who deposited without a bonus. When hw went to cashout a few thousand, they said max cashout was $150 because he played with a bonus.

Of course, the player had to complain on public forum to get it straightened out. There must be so many novice players that get scammed and robbed by rome because they don't know the "procedure" when dealing with them. That's why they should be in the rogue pit here!

Also, noah hasn't helped everyone get paid there. They had a winner of about $2500 where they claimed fraud based on some made up report and sent the player back her deposit and kept the winnings. This obviously is another tactic in their repetoire so beware of the "fraud card" being used at rome casino as well.
