HI there online casino community !
In November 2012 i deposited 150 $ at Royal Prive Casino received i think a 300 % bonus and ran that amount up to 2000 $ playing various games( mostly slots and Video poker ). i requested a withdrawal for ~400 $ at some point after meeting the wagering requirements and then the bonus (sticky) was deducted and i received ~ 125 $ to my neteller account.
After that i kept playing at the casino and one day i wanted to make another withdrawal - to my surprise there were new wagering requitements for a bonus in my account , i contacted support and they said a 20 or 50 $ no deposit bonus had been issued to my account ( my balance was around 1.3k at that moment..!) , i said that i didnt ask for any bonus and asked for them to remove the bonus , support said thats not possible now cause i allready started wagering towards the bonus and also said that im allready half way through and that i will clear it easy.
I thought okay and kept playing and lost around 200 $ while clearing the bonus i did not ask for in first place ...
After that i requested another withdrawal for ~600 $ and then i waited for around one month (it was december 2012 now...) nothing , after emailing them i got reply from a guy named Walter that they didnt process my withdrawal cause my money derives from a no deposit bonus and that he has to find out how much my winnings where ...
I replied that i never wanted any bonus and that i actually lost money over during the clearing of that bonus , after that i got another resposne that he will look into that and get back to me...
It was late december allready and i still had around 1.5k including the pending withdrawals in my account.
I did not hear anything from Walter and i started sending him and the other avail. email adresses email asking when my withdrawals will be processed and if i got an answer it was something like please contact "Walter" but most of the time i got no answer at all...
My account got locked one day (i think it was ~ February 2013) and later unlocked again ( no idea why) ..
I called support several times , they gave me an email adress from Angela , i fired an email to her from two different email adresses of mine , one email got responded with something like , i will look inot that but my future emails after no response came got ignored by "her" aswell...
When i called support via phone they always told me they cant do anything and that i should email to blablabla.
Same thing when i contacted support via chat ...
I kept writing them emails once or twice a week untill end of june 2013 but received no response at anytime ...
Now its 26. July and i just tried to open the Royal Prive Casino Software just to see that my account is LOCKED again - again no reason , no email communication , nothing ...
By today Royal Prive still owes me ~1.5 k $ wich is the balance in my account combined with a withdrawal thats pending for ~ 9 months now...
I know its my own fault not checking all sources (like cm) before playing at an online casino but still i felt like its good im sharing my story with you today...
