Well its a first for me, signed up at Superior last night with a view to starting with the advertised No Deposit $20. No bonuses showed up on my cashier so I spoke to Live support. My account had been 'flagged'. Got the result of the review, which said I wasn't eligible for bonuses???? Rivals what a pile of sh*te. Never played at Superior nor has anyone in the household, I am registered at 3-dice and Sloto which are rivals and I found out from the Live Support that they cover all Rivals casinos support. Can't actually be bothered to pursue it, if they don't want my money thats their problem. Will never bother with any Rivals Casino again. Just glad I hadn't rushed in and deposited.

3Dice is most definitely NOT a Rival casino.


This happens all the time. One ND bonus at a Rival will render you ineligible for the rest.
Not true (unless it's a very recent change). I have taken No-Deposit Bonuses at Paradise 8, Superior & Sloto'Cash, and am still being offered them at other Rivals.

One rule which is true; you can only have one active bonus at any one time across all the Rivals.
Demon, do you still have an unfinished bonus in play at Sloto?

Sorry just had 3 dice in my head, probably because of the incessant posting on here about it. On the subject of Sloto, I didn't think I had but I thought all these one bonus only rule applied to casino groups, not casino software.
 
I too get bonuses from all the Rivals -I have never had any problems. I only play 1 bonus at a time. I have heard this about Rival banning people and would really like to know the reason why???
 
Like I have already said, I know I am legit, its up to them what they think. Don't see any reason to waste my time pursuing it, theres plenty other casinos out there to take my money:), and some that even pay me from time to time.
 
Thats odd because even though Im not a Rival gamer anymore at one point I was low on gambling funds and went through every single Rival , got all of their bonus offers and gambled for hours.

I did make a few deposits but still got all my free $20 on all of them

Maybe I should follow it up then as I have only ever registered at one other Rival (not two as previously stated), so why should my account be flagged up as not eligible for bonuses, are more casinos sharing information with each other.

I think recently all Rivals began cross-checking bonuses and now its more difficult to take numerous bonuses without a short waiting period.
 
It Happened to me

Hi everyone, I've been a member for a while and read everything but usually too shy to post - I thought I would stick my two cents worth in on this one though.

I only depsoit at Inetbet as I love RTG slots and Inetbet are only ones I trust with my money. See losts of raving about how good Rival slots are though so last month I thought I would sign up with Simon Says and use ND $20 to try their slots out. Exactly as DemonUK said - no bonus in cashier so contacted live support etc etc. Couple of days later got email saying sorry no bonus for you.
Couple of days after that i downloaded and signed up at This is Vegas. Never got as far as cashier to see if I could get Bonus as my account was immediately locked. Wrote to support, got email back stating my account would stay locked, thank you very much. I thought same as Demon - if they don't wont my money then thats their problem .

Now I have to say that I am very fond of claiming No deposit Bonuses at every casino I can find just to try them out or to fill in time when Im bored and can't deposit (never before at a rival though) but I have never , never, ever tried to withdraw off one of those bonuses. In fact the only place I have ever submitted a withdrawal request is the place where I deposit and funnily enough I never claimed the initial ND bonus from Inetbet.

So, does this mean I am a bonus abuser? Or do some Casinos just get annoyed that people sign up but don't hand over their money so they falsely report them to other casinos, giving bad rep just to make sure no one else gets their money either. Whatever the reason Rival rejected me, Im pretty darned annoyed that my info is getting shared around.
 
Well I sent one email querying this decision and a couple of hours later got this:-

Management has further reviewed your account and we are pleased to inform you that your account status has changed.

You are now eligible for bonuses. To see what bonuses you have available login to your account and look in the
cashier. To claim the bonus click on the Claim Now button. Please note that you must claim the bonus BEFORE
you make your deposit.

If you need assistance please contact live support.

Similar thing occured to me. I like Slotocash, play there often, never had a problem. Decided i needed more than 1 rival casino in my repetoire however so joined up with cocoa casino. I received their free 20 and made a 50 deposit. Ive never had such a bad run at a casino ever, so bad i decided to contact support and close my account which i did. Short while later decided to try paradise8. Signed up, problem claiming the free 20, problem claiming the welcome bonus. I can only assume Cocoa informed paradise of this and ive been labeled bonus abuser even though i deposited and made no cash out lol :S Later realised their all part of the same group, so that probably accounts as to why.
 
Re installed and bonuses were available....but no No Deposit $20. Infact no bonuses related to a first deposit or anything. If there is a Superior rep on here that reads this...shame on you. If x y and z can have a nd bonus why can't I. Oh well they obviously don't want me that much

As was mentioned earlier on in this thread you cannot claim a promotion at seperate casinos if you already have an 'Active Promotion' at a previous casino. When I say 'Active' I mean a promotion that was claimed, played and was left with a balance in the account with un-finished wagering requirements. Even if that balance is $1 it will consider it active.

its because of the shared support across all the rival groups. the cs make a decision about a certain rival without contacting the relevent casino to make sure of the details,

it happened to me i was given the wrong answer by cs to a question so i closed my account the next day i received a phone call from the casino in question saying i had been told wrong and they reopened my account and gave me a bonus for the hassle,

thats why now if i have a question ill try to find a rep on here to ask because the cs dont seen to know whats going on
 
I too have went the route of PMing the Rival Rep here when I had an issue with the casino. I think Rival needs to take a good look at their Customer Service and make changes. If they share certain details of each other, the CS dept need to have access to this info. A lot of people dont have the ability to go beyond the CS and will get very annoyed and upset on issues that can be easily handled.
