They are all the SAME!!!!!!

Yup! they are all the same. I'm an ex-employee of this company I worked there for many years, and I can prove you guys that they are all the same , the all share the same office, and they make their customers think that they're separate, so BE CAREFUL!!! All they do is to steal money from you guys! They have the same customers for all 4 of them. They offer you the moon and sky to get you to deposit, and they GUESS WHAT? they will NEVER pay you, or they will try to make you reverse the money you have on pending ! Just because they don't want to pay you ! Remember...if you are a customer of them , and have played there for a while, you must know what I'm talking about! They keep track of all your credit cards and security codes when you try to deposit so that when your deposits get declined , they use another credit card processor and they get the money out of your account, without asking you for permission. Did you know about this? This people gets thousands of chargebacks every month, one time I saw one of the managers running a credit card without asking the client for permission , and she took $10,000 out of his account! - If you want to know more about them, please write me and I'll be more then happy to reply -

They are located in San Jose, Costa Rica. The address is : Sabana Sur, Oficentro Ejecutivo La Sabana, Building 7 , 7 Floor. International phone number: 00506-296-4336 ---> just do a test and you will see that I'm not lying. Call this international number, ask for Virtual Casino, they will transfer you to the support center. And then do the same thing, call this international number and ask for Prism, Cirrus or Cool Cat casino, and it will be the same . They will probably tell you that those casinos are in the same building , but it's a whole lie! They are all the same!!!! For more details, contact me

Good For You...tell The Whole World!

Thank you Heather for being honest with us the "Gamblers"

You're right about the list. I learned that a long time ago. And still have it. I used to played for those freaks long time ago, I got tired of their calls and their lies so, I contacted one of my friends that works for the O.I.J in Costa Rica and with some help from the immigration section in CR he found them and I went to talk to them in person! I live in California and let me tell you, that was the greatest thing I have ever done in my life, I know the place and the address is right...they have a lot of security and the funniest thing is that the owner of the place its an Indian guy that has a lot of pending issues for fraud in Florida and thats not all!

Definite thumbs down for this place...I would not risk a dime even if there was no other casino out there. I do believe in being fair and I know that sometimes... @#%$ happens. Sometimes we have a bad day, or there is a reasonable situation that caused things. There is one thing I hate more than anything and unfortunately was the victim of this myself.

Trust me on this... there are some VERY REPUTABLE casinos available like Ace-Games casino and Casino On Net, they pay, and pay fast. They can be counted on to be honest and reputable and have established themselves with the history they have in business and doing things right. Play with the good solid places and spend your money where you KNOW you will get paid and paid fast.

My advice to everyone, not just with THE VIRTUAL FREAKS, but at any casino...DO NOT PLAY AT VIRTUAL< CIRRUS< PRISM OR COOL CAT they are a SCAM and 100% REAL and if you have a problem or are unhappy with the way you were treated by a staff member of any casino.... and aren't getting a timely reply by email.... keep in mind that there is a lot of places where you can complain and like Casino Meister will help you get your money back if that is the case.

I hope you do the right thing and STOP playing with the virtual family!

The net is huge...why you should get stock in one place and BTW the worst?

HUGES AND KISSES TO YOU HEATHER AND GOD BLESS YOU FOR YOUR WORDS.

VERY REPUTABLE casinos available like Ace-Games casino
What a load of manure. This casino hasn't been around for more than a few months and suddenly it's VERY REPUTABLE? Like Casino On Net?

By all means, you can call Ace Games what you want - but the more reputable it gets with each post, the less chance that any one will deposit there.

heather...

jsut a question. when you worked for them, and they paid your bills, did you report any of these illegal activities to anyone?

why did you leave, how did you leave and why are you being vengeful?

see, i believe that gambling, in general, is wicked. but then, so is prostitution. But they are both as old as the mountains and the one walks with the other! It is hard, scamming, sneaky, whadda whadda whadda... BUT IT IS A CHOICE.

I know nothing of these casinos you speak of, but as an x employee, dont you have a restraint of trade? or a public info restraint? what you are doing is slander but not just that, it makes it look like a personal vandetta!! why?

If you have a real beef with these casinos,of course, everyone wants to, and should, hear about it! right now.. I am wondering why you are so vexed, and if it is personal.

I hope this ain't gonna turn into a thread like the Atlantic Interbet thread where a bunch of irate exemployees started ranting about this and about that.

I don't mind specific information being shared here, but let keep the emotional baggage out of it. Not many of us will take anyone serious if they are bitching about some casino they used to work for, and in the same breath spew pleasantries about their competitors.

C'mon, gimmee a break man.

And you are not telling us anything new here. I think it's common knowledge (common to those who read my newsletter and listen to the webcast and read the online gaming news) that these casinos worked out of the same office at some point.

Very Funny

this is very funny indeed, virtual ted has been very active on this board, posting on posts regarding other casino issues and this post comes to light and hes no where to be found

ted has been so helpful on issues that had nothing to do with virtual, what a great guy, always there to pitch in his 2 cents, always there to say what the right thing he would have done etc etc, BUT NOW????

just a few of his good deed posts

:D

Virtual, Prism, Cirrus, Cool Cat, Huge Scamers!!!!

HELLO! I would like to thank all the people that has been mailing me, obviously because I'm not saying a single lie here! Once again my idea is to warm all the people that continue playing at VIRTUAL, PRISM, CIRRUS, COOL CAT!!!! WATCH OUT!!! All they want to this is steal your money some how!

Why do you guys think that "virtualted" doesn't say a word ??? ( Steve Fink is his real name) he is the manager for Prism ( Paul ) and he's also Ted or Teddy on Virtual.

Now guys, here's some more stuff you might like to read!

If you have played with them for a while, and you read this, you must know what I'm talking about!!!! Here I'm going to give you my personal experience, they are not a BIG but a HUGE SCAM!!!!!

1. Have you ever try to make a deposit using your credit card, on the system tells you "declined" and when you get your bank statment you find out that those transactions "somehow" where successful and actually for double the amount that you attempted to ????

2. When you try to use a bonus, they make you play deposit+bonus 30,000 X - Actually there's no way on the system for you to determinate how many times you have played the money, which is obviously good for them, they will always ask you to continue playing....why ? Well, the more you play , the highest is the possibility for you to lose all your money so they will avoid your payout.

3. In how many days...weeks...months...did you get your payout ? If they actually pay you. Aren't you tyred of being calling them and have ALWAYS to hear the same STUPID story ???? - Come on ! this guys don't pay you.

4. USE THIS TRICK! If you have money pending, call them out , tell them that you wish to deposit $1,000 or more and everybody will love to talk to you! Actually they will lie to you , telling you that you will receive your payout very soon! This way, you will probably believe this whole CRAP and deposit again! BADDDD THING!

5. When you have a big amount of money on pending, have you receive a call from Christine ( the bitch of CIRRUS), Tanya ( fat ASS OLD WOMAN faking a nice and sexy voice from Prism) , Roger ( the gay of Virtual )....This is very typical, once you have more than $2,000 on pending, they will call you trying to convince you to reverse that money , get a bonus on top of that and play it 500 times!!!!! NOOOOO WAYYYYYYYYYYYY! please never accept a deal like this!!!!

6. Once again, very important, do not give your credit card number!!!!! do not try to it through the system, they keep track of all your credit cards, so that way they can take money out of your account whenver they want!!!!

I still have more and more details ! Believe me ! I was there for quite a long time! BE CAREFUL!!!!

 Love the personal insults - highly amusing!

 Dirk, about the ONLY thing I found amusing about this whole e-mail rebuttle.

*rolling eyes*

Just to set one thing clear. If you are in Costa Rica, it is against the law here to play in a Costarican On line based casino. We are set-up to only allow play for fun for residents here. So I am not sure how she was able to play.
Ted
Manager Virtual Casino"

WOW

he only did that to 'set one thing clear'..........WHAT A NICE GUY

volunteers his time to set things clear......wow.....im gonna play there now with the 5k thats burning a whole in my pocket, always in the market to give some 'good guy' some of my money

NOT!!!

i will only play at places like casino on net or ace games or inter casino

i only play at safe casinos, you should do the same

Looks to me like you are doing the exact same thing that you accuse Ted of doing.

Yes to the first question at CoolCat, and no never for the 2nd part.

No, never had a 30,000x playthru requirement on any bonus I've received from CoolCat or anywhere else for that matter. And I believe that Virtual had the meter in the cashier window that showed exactly how much I needed to play before my w/r were fulfilled.

4 or 5 days, exactly as was quoted on CoolCat's website.

Doesn't seem so to me so far.

Had this happen with a NETeller deposit at Prism but it was dealt with pretty quickly (by Tanya - shame it was by e-mail & I missed the sexy voice :D ). I assume it's just a flaw in the Playtech Software where if one transaction fails & you try again you can end up with it being processed more than once - but if you did work there then let us know exactly what happens behind the scenes ;)

First and last warning: no personal insults. Another violation of this forum's rules and you will find yourself staring at a blank screen.

Heather

Well Heather, you say you were there quite a long time. That must mean you condoned their behavior? Why the sudden change of heart? You worked for thieves for quite a long time you say.....what does that say about you then?.....and what are your motives now? Are you saying you are some kind of "born again" accomplice?...or a disgruntled former employee?...or perhaps employed by a competitor of theirs now? These people are well known crooks...anyone here knows that. They put the "R" in the word rouge. Your postings might be more believable if you didn't reccomend other casino's for people to gamble at. What are your motives for doing that? Are we to believe you all of a sudden care about people when you admit a long time relationship with thieves. Give me a break!! Why would anyone trust you now for gambling advice?

wow

So much good advice from Costa Rica. Everyone is promoting Casino on Net and Ace Games too. Something smells funny about that....a coincidence??? All these people "pounding" Virtual and that gang are all reccomending the same two casinos? What a transparent joke that is........

I'm not trying to promote more gambling here! Actually I'm already OUT of this business. See when you are already in they wont let you quit, actually it was very hard for me to quit , but I was already tired of all their BS.

Whether or not Prism is a Virtual clone isn't 100% clear, but personally I'm sure they're separate entities. Cirrus and CoolCat have nothing to do with Virtual or Prism. What those two casinos have in common is the affiliate programme - "Gambling Wages" or something - currently in disgrace for having tried to stiff one of their most prominent webmasters of a 25K affiliate payment, and partially succeeded. On that basis alone I consider neither Cirrus nor CoolCat remotely reputable now - my own agreeable issue resolution notwithstanding. I believe they're in financial schtuck.

All the casinos mentioned here are RTG.

Oops, yes of course it's RTG - the rest was correct. Actually, now that I think about it I've been double charged at Microgaming & Playtech as well - at Prism the difference was they actually credited the second payment to my account while I was playing there, which was a bit confusing. I'm inclined just to see it as one of those things which happens accidentally from time to time, unless Heather can tell us differently...

Virtual still owe me $1800 and after almost a month montana still has it under review. Virtual responded to the dispute making up hundreds of lies and excuses not to pay me. I havent had an update from montana in the last 25days and am wondering where do people go when the intermediary doesnt respond?
Bryan, have u authorised Ted to have a link to your site on his complaints page (
You do not have permission to view link Log in or register now.
). Also that complaints page never loads the bottom part (the one where you are meant to make your complaint).
All i know is that Virtual is a casino that is best left alone. No matter how enticing their bonuses are.

The Complaints page at Virtual is linked to this page:
Old URL

It loads fine. Any complaints submitted here goes straight to the general manager.

That is funny? I thought that the knee-cap breaking laws only apply to some of the scummy land-based casino's!

Heather, what did you DO rectify this problem, other than come here. I mean, CONSTRUCTIVELY. Why could you not leave? Were you afraid of you life? Look. I am not for, or against casino's but I am against human right violations, there are places to go where OTHERS in your situation can be helped. If they are there, working against their will... Maybe I should just take the liberty and contact someone I know to check into this lot. It might be a lot more serious than we thought....

Gangster-style employment... *rolling eyes again*
