Ok so I am playing on a live casino. I am losing a fair bit (£4500). I bet £400 and the software crashes and I get disconnected and can't play my hand and hence it loses.
I contact support and they tell me tough luck that is the nature of online gaming. This is a casinomeister accredited casino.
Am I being unreasonable here ? Is this worth chasing up at all ? I would have thought the casino might want to try and retain my custom but they don't seem to care. Hmmmm.
Any thoughts/opinions ?
