Been a loyal customer with AllSlotsover a year on July 6th sent a private message to AllSlots gaming rep with question/concern was several days before I got a reply but the reply was just to say he got message and will forward to VIP manager well its been 12 days no respnose from no one................I can see why 32 Red has received awards for customer service. This is unacceptable for a accredit casino, anyways just venting didnt want to put it in forum but 12 days plus with no response others need to know!!!
