Hi,

Long time lurker of this forum, but I've never created an account until now.
I am playing at N1 Casino because they are an Accredited casino here at Casinomeister, so I feel it is OK to ask for advice.
I had a big win yesterday and is now facing some difficulties withdrawing the win.
I will try to make this short:

Here is a summary:

- I have had my account at N1 Casino for 4 years.
- Fully veryfied account back in 2019 / 2020 and played alot.
- I have not playing at N1 since march 2021.
- Started playing again 16. march 2022.
- Won roughly €32.000 from multiple deposits, around €2500 in total.

I then made a withdrawal of the €32.000 (8 x €4000) and went to the livechat happy as a Golden Retriever, to ask if they can process it. They ask me to be patient and ask me for a copy of my recently used VISA. I take a picture of it and send it in. Live support approves it on the spot and says my withdrawals will be processed soon. I go to bed happy.

12 hours go by and I get an email from N1 asking for a selfie holding my ID + account statements dating 3 months back showing my flow of money leading up to the deposits 16. march.
I talk again with livechat again and they ask for my recent payslip. No problem, I send that in while we chat.
The payslip shows that I make little over €10.000 a month before taxes. Around €6.000 after taxes.

The person in live chat then ask me to send in 3 months of documentation of my personal account used to fund the N1 account.
I ask if that is necessary since my payslip more than covers the amount deposited, and he tells me it doesn't matter if I deposit €2500 or €200. It is standard procedure.

The VISA deposits also use 3D Secure Verification + it is very easy to verify where I work and my position (public information), hence verify the payslip.

What is my options here? Sending in stuff like that is intrusive and very personal, showing my whole life and tons of personal information. Even my children names.
I will ofc comply if I don't have any other options, it is alot of money, but I feel this is only a stalling tactic and somewhat illegal since I can prove 100% where the money is coming from.

Do I really have any other options here?

Thank you for reading and sorry for my new account.

N1 Casino is reviewed in detail here.

Did you send inn all the docs VS required, or did the PAB do the trick?

I deposited way way more than 2500 eur back in 2020. No questions asked about anything.

The payslip I sent yesterday covers the amount deposited very well.
It is very easy to verify my state of work and position etc. That is public information where I live.

Do I have an case here or can the casino really do this?
I will send in the docs but I am willing to put up a fight here because this is simply not right.

When I withdrew ~€25K there I got none of that, just congrats from VIP manager. I wasn’t even a VIP there either. My lifetime deposits were under 1K though, maybe that makes a difference. Did have to do weekly €5K chunks but a very low daily loss limit made that problem go away too. Hope you get it sorted, seems to be overly intrusive …

I got an email from VIP Manager aswell with a congratulation. I am glad they behaved OK regarding your win.

Update today: I got an reply from the VIP Manager saying she has checked with the financial departement and they still need:
3 months of transaction history + proof of funds for money deposited into my account for those 3 months.
They have now cancelled all withdrawals and loaded up my account. They could'nt even have the withdrawals stay pending.

Unfortunate… I would put a very low loss limit and try to get it sorted, at least make sure you’re not going to gamble those profits away.

@Loboooo , FYI the PAB (Player Arbitration) service is free to all Casinomeister members. If you are interested that process starts here: Submit Your Online Casino Complaint - Casinomeister

If you do decide to proceed please do read the Player Arbitration Policies and Procedures ; failure to comply with the Rules could slow, damage or even cancel your PAB.

Finally, thanks to their representatives we've had a lot of success getting N1 issues resolved so the chances that we can help you get yours settled are quite good.

Max Drayman

Thank you for the information, Max :)

I understand that N1 have rules to follow, but getting such a request after playing for just 2 days depositing 2500 eur on a fully veryfied 4 years old account, and sending in KYC-docs with a payslip that very well covers the depositing amount... is simply not right. This is just a stalling tactic. I did tend to cancel my withdrawals before so I guess my account has a note on it.
I asked them today to please lock my withdrawals, they would not.
Anyway, I will not touch the money.

I gladly accept the PAB option. Thank you, Max.
I'll send in the form when I get home later today.

Don't touch your withdrawal and just close your account temporarily or set loss limit to 10 euro or something for the whole month.

BTW nevermind since it seems you opened a PAB. Let Max take care of it. I'm sure your winnings will be with you soon.

Thank you.
I've just added a 30 days loss limit and deposit limit. Also requested new withdrawals.
...the withdrawals got instantly cancelled and money placed back in my account 😅

I don't understand that behaving like this can be a good and sustainable business model. Yes, many will gamble away their withdrawals when facing such unfriendly service, but they must lose a ton of loyal costumers...

You have opened a PAB. I would recommend not to post anything here anymore regarding the procedure until its sorted out which it will be because they are an accredited casino. I myself have been banned across the group of N1 because of 1 casino in their group who chose to close my account permanently across the board while I never had problems with their other casino's. Consider a PAB myself but why bother to play with them again when I read stories like this. Enough casino's to play at with 0 problems for me.

Buttom line is. They will keep canceling your withdrawal until you are fully verified according to them requiring all the documents. Just let Max do his job and don't worry since you have now put a loss limit on your account.

Hi @Loboooo,

That's true, that the casino management requested additional documents for verification. At the moment the ones you uploaded have been accepted and your winnings are being paid out. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,
N1 Casino

Thank you, @N1 Partners Group
I can confirm that N1 have accepted my documents, and one of my withdrawals - but my account have a withdrawal limit of €5000 a week. You are not making things easy. Is it possible to increase the withdrawal limit?

Thanks for your help, @maxd and @LadyJelena - this was resolved quickly!
Withdrawal limits depend on your VIP level. Nevertheless, you may contact our VIP manager to discuss the possibility of increasing the limits.

I contacted her but she declined to do anything. I even have a withdrawal limit of 15k eur a month.
My VIP level is over avarage, but it will take me over 2 months withdrawing my winnings.
It is funny how easy it is to deposit, and so damn difficult to withdraw. Not only do you need to beat the casino games, but also the casino itself.

Put every week after making a withdrawal a time out of 7 days on your account. Repeat until you get all of your winnings. These max cashout limits are there for 1 reason only and you can guess which one. However they have the right to do this unfortunately unless you won a jackpot which is not the case from my understanding.

Little update:

Not only have N1 low withdrawal limits, but my VIP manager says it usually takes 10 - 14 business days for their bank to process a bank withdrawal.
I have no problem waiting, but 10-14 days to even process a bank withdrawal? Is that right, or is they just playing me even more?

I'm more than sure this is a misunderstanding on the manager's behalf. As a rule, bank withdrawals are processed within 1 - 3 business days; it may take 5 - 7 days, though such cases are exceptional. While it depends entirely on the bank, we had little to none complaints regarding the actual withdrawal time after payouts are greenlit on our side.
Again, should there be a problem with your withdrawals, do reach out and we will help you.

Thank you for your reply, @N1 Partners Group.

I really appreciate your fast replies and genuine trying to help me, so make no mistakes in that - but I have had 0 to no success with other people in your organization. I f.ex got to a new VIP level yesterday with an increased withdrawal limit (from 5k eur to 6k a week), and I even had to fight to be able to withdraw the extra 1k. So my patient with N1 is super thin.

The manager gave me 10 - 14 days timeframe on the withdrawal, but I hope that was a mistake. I have my doubts tho. We'll see.
I'll post here as soon as the withdrawal arrives :)
