All on line games offered by Liberty Slots Casino are audited for fairness of play by independent third party gaming expert, Dr. Eliot Jacobson, Ph.D, whose gaming audit and analysis services are available through www.jacobsongaming.com and www.certifiedfairgambling.com. These audits are undertaken on a monthly basis.

The results of these ongoing audits indicate that the random number generator is truly random and accordingly, the game play results conform with accepted statistical norms.

To acknowledge this commitment to fairness, the "Certified Fair Gambling" seal has been applied to all games offered by Liberty Slots Casino on this site

This tells us only that the software is fair, it says nothing about the operator.

Liberty Slots doesn't have a gaming license from any known jurisdiction offering them, therefore it is effectively unlicensed and unregulated, which is the reason it ended up in the pit. The original Vegas Technology software was fine, and it seems Elliot has determined it is still fair now it is under new ownership.

The "secret" gambling license isn't the only stunt pulled by Liberty Slots either. They deny any relationship with the former English Harbour group, yet seem to know the email addresses of all ex English Harbour group players. The software is said to have been sold, but to a company that just appeared out of thin air and hit the ground running.

So far, they haven't not paid players who qualifiy for payment, but without regulation, who is going to be policing them and spotting the early signs that things are going wrong.

Liberty Slots are going to be at the Barcelona Affiliate Conference next week - perhaps Bryan could try to get another word with them & try to find out what exactly is going on with the licensing issue... ?
If they could clear that up, I would think they would have a good chance of becoming accredited, since their predecessors English Harbour were.
I'm sure many CM members would love to have this software back on the accredited list - especially the USA players.

Are you saying the games are rigged, or a bad audit? :what:

Doing an Audit by one person is not considered valid, I actually have played Liberty Slots and still have an account, just havent used it after i discovered cheating on the casino's part. During the tournaments, once started perhaps they can explain how players have 25k in wins with Maximum bet's set, and the tournament had JUST opened. While i like the graphics and some of the games at liberty slots, until such time as licensed and verified by proper accreditors and the complaints either stop coming in or slowing down regarding players accounts being locked after they win and not being paid out, sorry not buying it. One player complaint i can see, two ok, 100-200 complaints across an entire internet says something. They still have the benefit of the doubt with me just not my money.

Oh and how the same person wins on the same slot (per the little headline of winners scrolling across the top), every day, different amounts raises several red flags.

Also that little notice "All on line games offered by Liberty Slots Casino are audited for fairness of play by independent third party gaming expert, Dr. Eliot Jacobson, Ph.D, whose gaming audit and analysis services are available through www.jacobsongaming.com and www.certifiedfairgambling.com. Exact wording and yes he probably is a respected member of the forum's but i do not believe he is authorized to accredit any casino as that is done at a higher level.

Additionally, per UC Santa Barbara website he is a consultant only.

OK a lot of text /info you say you still have a account open at liberty slots so i take it you aren't adamant about them being rogue

in fairness to Elliot Jacobson he has shared a lot of his personal and [business /gaming matters here on this board [ and to my estimation has won the hearts of the members , that's why i started the thread ,i believe his integrity is unchallenged
so by giving L S his stamp of approval I'm of the impression it goes a bit further than just math

I'm confused, why would you assume that it's goes beyond the math?

He audits software for fairness.......nothing less, nothing more. It's what he gets paid for.

YOUR KIDDING ??, with all the text that has transferred around the world about this casino do you think he would take the job if he thought they had anything but honest gaming on there mind

You said,

You were inferring that that he put his stamp of approval on it for MORE than just the math. It's your own words Rocky, see above.

He clearly audits software, that's it, end of story. You are the one who is inferring it means more than what it is.

Greetings. If there is an issue to clear up with regard to the scope of my monthly audits of Liberty Slots, I will be glad to address it.

Note, I do not audit poker rooms or resolve payment or customer service issues. My audits are limited to the statistical fairness of their casino games (slots, video poker, bingo, keno and table games). These audits are ongoing. I am currently auditing the results from September, 2012.

with very few choices for us Americans i'm happy to here it from the horses mouth that in the spirit of fair gaming Liberty Slots
continues to voluntarily submit to third party auditing

It's great that the games are fair, but if the casino isn't fair and honest towards their players, then it doesn't matter anyway.

I totally agree.. I think I misunderstood the discussion.

I think, reading between the lines, what is questioned is whether you would put your name to an operator that despite being 100% legit in terms of fairness with their software, might not be so legit in terms of paying players.

I believe you answered this in your post, Eliot.
