Doing an Audit by one person is not considered valid, I actually have played Liberty Slots and still have an account, just havent used it after i discovered cheating on the casino's part. During the tournaments, once started perhaps they can explain how players have 25k in wins with Maximum bet's set, and the tournament had JUST opened. While i like the graphics and some of the games at liberty slots, until such time as licensed and verified by proper accreditors and the complaints either stop coming in or slowing down regarding players accounts being locked after they win and not being paid out, sorry not buying it. One player complaint i can see, two ok, 100-200 complaints across an entire internet says something. They still have the benefit of the doubt with me just not my money.
Oh and how the same person wins on the same slot (per the little headline of winners scrolling across the top), every day, different amounts raises several red flags.
Also that little notice "All on line games offered by Liberty Slots Casino are audited for fairness of play by independent third party gaming expert, Dr. Eliot Jacobson, Ph.D, whose gaming audit and analysis services are available through
www.jacobsongaming.com and
www.certifiedfairgambling.com. These audits are undertaken on a monthly basis." has popped up on several internet gaming sites where players are unhappy with them. Exact wording and yes he probably is a respected member of the forum's but i do not believe he is authorized to accredit any casino as that is done at a higher level.
Additionally, per UC Santa Barbara website he is a consultant only.
