The same "former" VIP manager from Rushmore group emailed me after I had closed all my Rushmore accounts. Some guy called me from there also and I felt like I was talking to a member of the mob and he was a slick talker....too slippery for me. Then I got another email from same former VIP manager telling me that the promos I was being offered would never be offered again. I emailed back and told him I really wanted nothing to do with him after my experiences with him at Rushmore and asked that I be taken off their list. I wouldn't deposit a penny in that place. I also think this is an appropriate place to out the person who took your personal data with him from Rushmore to this TG casino. His name is Michael Baxter.

I opened an account there to try it since I had never experienced their Top Game software. I put in $100 (my typical 'give it a shot" amount) ran it up to $2500 and cashed out. They stated their w/d time was 3-5 business days to me when I inquired on live chat.
My money arrived at QT on the 5th business day. No hassle. I had to provide my driver's license, and a piece of mail. That was it because my deposit and withdrawal were both via QT.
I have no complaints so far. And............by now you KNOW that if DIANE had a complaint it would be aired here.

It's good things went well for you Diane but there have been many others who have been shafted.
CM/MAX advise that players avoid them based on their experience in dealing with them in addition to the issues mentioned above. Bottom line is if you DO have an issue then you are on your own.

I agree that I am now warned ------ every once is awhile, I admit I take a flyer (against my own advice to others) and try a casino for a modest sum and do my "homework" later.
Sometimes I think us US players get so hungry for a change, we do "cross the street without looking both ways".
I hear all that has been said and appreciate the extra info. I realize Bryan and Max would not get involved if I get screwed. Understood.

Maybe he got FIRED from Rushmore, and is mightily pissed off with them, so stole their player lists on his way out.
Not only does this show Mr Baxter's ethics to be poor, it is a DAMNING enditement of the SECURITY of our personal data at Rushmore, that it was so easily stolen by a departing employee.
Usually, when someone is fired, or even made redundant, from a post where they had access to critical information, they are NEVER left alone with access to that information once they have been told their employment has been terminated. Often, they are escorted to their desks to pick up their own personal belongings, and then escorted off the premises, with any building passes confiscated on exit.
Businesses do this because once they have got rid of an employee, they know that revenge could well be on the mind of said employee, and they need to ensure they have no opportunity to "sabotage" anything on the way out, nor steal any "property", including information, from their previous post.
Rushmore got rid of more than ONE manager, did any of these others help themselves to player contact lists.
This one probably got hired BECAUSE he could bring this information with him.
Remember, rogue casinos have to pay SOME players, in order to give the impression that those they DON'T pay have done something wrong.
This was your first deposit, so they are almost CERTAIN to pay you the first time, because they want MORE than $100 from you. If you KEEP winning though, you will proably find out that they will try other means to profit from you, such as stalling withdrawals, offering reversal benefits, or claiming "issues" with your account.
When I first started on line gambling I would play anwhere...I did try all the TG casinos and it was a nightmare getting paid EXCEPT for Winward..I still play there , have had numerous withdraws and never have a problem..It is not the fasting paying, but they pay according to their promised schedule..I like them because they offer decent bonuses at only 12X's playthrough..

I do value the perspectives of the members of this forum, but we differ on this topic from my personal experience so far at Diamond VIP.
I made a few more deposits and lost.........but that's not unusual. We all make more deposits than withdrawals.
Yesterday I was playing again (there is a weekend promo that got me there) had a great run taking $150 up to $1600 and I requested a cashout.
I checked my email this morning and QT account. The $1600 was already in my account less than 12 hours after request. I don't know why. Initial withdrawal took the posted timeframe of 3-5 business days. This one was lightning fast.
"Your mileage may vary" - but I continue to play there and enjoy the Top Game software as an alternative to the other offerings.

Based on this post and liking the Top Game software, I went to Winward. You are correct about the 12x play through, but did you read ALL the T&C"s?
4-5 pages long and scary as hell. Everywhere you kept reading it was another caution about all the things that would prevent you from getting paid. Huge section on Advantage players and Bonus abuse.
Scary rule of 3 deposits before a cashout can be made and a limit of $500 in withdrawals per month for the first six months of playing at the site.
So what was your length of playing time and how did your withdrawals get paid out? If you don't mind my asking?
Too many rules ----- scared me off, so I am interested in hearing more about others experiences with Winward.

I do remember their T&C's being very detailed...
However, I never had any issues...I had probobly made at least 5 deposits before I was able to ask for a payout..The first one did take a bit of time..Confirming docs, etc...My next payout was much faster..
I know you can only request on payout per week..That is what they have told me...As far as 500.00 per month, I don't understand that since about 2 weeks ago i put in for a 1,000.00 payout with no problems.
By the way, the bonus is cashable which is also nice imo...
I know as far as speed it is no 3dice, etc. However, I do beleive as far as top game goes they are ok..It is probobly the only place I regularly take the bonus..They have several games that will keep paying you just enough to keep you going so you can make playthrough most of the time...

Well when I return in about 10 minutes the slots quit paying and in less then 5 minutes all my $200 is gone.

I think you hit the nail on the head with your answer Diane. I, too, get tired of the same 3 platforms offered to the USA players...all they have done is take, take take...and now I have spread my wings and have withdrawn 6 times in the last 2 weeks by playing and taking that leap..I also know if I get screwed...I am on my own at some of the places I have chosen...but..all in all..I have made some very good withdrawals and I have gotten them in an extremely reasonable time frame..24-48 hours into my QT account.
So, I choose to play with fire sometimes too..especially when looking at that black hole called "great casinos" that has consumed so much of my funds..it is a change to actually get a return...even if it not the "kosher" place others feel it is, to get it from.
I am in it to have fun, make a buck or two and relax..not into donating without a kiss as I have been for many, many months....I was at the point of why even bother playing anymore until I spread my wings..and I am glad I did. Maybe the CM might want to reconsider some of these casinos again...the ones in the semi pit if they have shown some good faith to many....but if not, that is all good too..I am still making withdrawals....which I thought was dead to me for so long...

The thing is with rogue/dodgy casinos like diamond VIP and windward is that they will pay the small cashouts.....its when you hit something big that the trouble starts.
I hope those that 'accept' the risk can accept hitting a $5k jackpot or something and never see a dime. Rogues continue to breed because players continue to feed.
Mind you, you are probably better off though given that Accredited Casinos deliberately reduce RTP and delay payments simply because they are accredited.

IF i haven't hit one yet...and I haven't in all the many years of playing...I don't think I have to worry about that...as seen by the screenshot posted of the backend..the file that says big spender/loser...my name was in that file..and as you know..my theory of having a star by your name..well..I never got a star even in fun mode..go figure..
See the 2 gripes about one of those casinos lately. ? I would rather continue making withdraws (in the multiples) now that I know I still can than hit my third 100 deposit straight at an acredited casino without a dime in sight...Think about it..how long has it been since I complained about how bad these great casino have been? As a FYI, Windward Hall Ltd. have very recently bought out 6 other Top Game casinos, including some of the "dodgy" ones listed above (but not Diamond VIP).
Winward have always been one of the better TG casinos IMO, so hopefully these acquisitions will start to turn the corner for this troubled platform.

None Taken (offense that is) I do not see my post as vitriolic language..just what has been happening in the last few months vs what I went through with the "good" casinos. I know I am not the only one that has felt this way but I guess I am the one of the few that will admit to moving on in the name of fun/money/and play. If it sounded as bad as you say (which I reread it a few times and I do not see it) then that is my bad..I never meant for it to sound as bad as you claim it does. Apologies..on the way it was written..but I still hold that we in the USA are held captive by these "good " casinos and they know it...unless one breaks free of the mentality that they are THE ONLY place to play. It is just my way of saying it,(supposed to be tongue in cheek) is that with all those neat little folders and check off lists (which I always felt they had), then what keeps them from not checking off a players name (in the folder such as big spender which IS there) to catch one of those? Can you prove they do not do that? I can finally prove they have those folders, now that we see them in print (as I always felt they had some kind of software in the backend controlling things) I am in IT and I am the director of IT and I do work in the backend of many companies software programs and big corporations so..I know these things exist to suit the needs of individual companies and now it shows that the casino world software programs too can do these things. I WORK in this field and know about the business backend protocol settings but have no acces to the casinos backend settings until now.
Nifty, I had hit my second set of 100+/- deposits without a withdraw and I KNOW how to withdraw. Just as I have six times these past two tweeks...so to assume and place the blame on someone before knowing the facts and always assuming someone does not have control over themselves is extremely a mean thing to assume and say. Which is your norm and I accept that too. Of course I had a chance to cashou out...but I chose not to cash out less than I deposited...what is the point of playing if you deposit a sum and withdraw less than the deposit???

Well some people will keep insisting that the sky is purple with pink polkadots, regardless of being shown it is blue over and over again.
The ONLY folder that has ANYTHING to do with this 'star' nonsense is the 'TOP DEPOSITORS' folder. For those like Silc who are struggling to come to terms with what that is, its a real time list of the highest xx depositors over a certain period. EVERY CASINO WOULD HAVE THIS TOOL.
Casinos NEED this info to:
1. Run their VIP program
2. Formulate special promotions I.e via invitation
3. Assign personal managers
4. Track high rollers I.e find out why theyre depositing habits change
5. Conduct misc assessments on player behavior etc
(This is by no means an exhaustive list)
The TOP DEPOSITORS folder is NOT for:
1. Deciding who wins random Jackpots
2. Increasing RTP for these players at the expense of others
3. <insert conspiracy-theory-du-jour here>
You think that these players in this folder WIN MORE JACKPOTS? Well they probably do.
WHY? I have no doubt that its because the casino has a special (not shown in the screenshot for security reasons) function that allows it to apportion special 'loadings' that dramatically increase the chance of these TOP DEPOSITORS hitting random (obviously NOT) Jackpots.
The higher RJ win rate amongst these players has absolutely NOTHING to do with the fact that these players:
1. Deposit more
2. Wager more
3. Play higher stakes
4. Play more spins (in most cases)
We KNOW for a fact that HIGHER BETS give you a BIGGER CHANCE of hitting a random, but I implore you to ignore this as it doesn't fit in with the TOP DEPOSITORS folder theory. In fact, it would be even better if you could ignore ALL FOUR points above to assist in understanding the theory.
It is also important to accept that if something can't be disproven then it must be true. Hence, all casinos have staff employed to watch players in real time and flick the 'WIN' switch on and off at will. One of these employees is also the Easter bunny.
