Bet365 Owner Denise Coates made headlines last year as the UK's top-paid executive, with a salary of £167m plus bonuses.

Now nearly double that....

Not bad for a High Street bookie's daughter.

Companies revenue went 10% down ... but salaries go up!

She could have at least donated some of that 'wealth' to help people with gambling addictions, after all she made her money from those exact same people

Managed to get in a good few years of exploiting their old Saturday £50 horse racing offer, before the ban hammer finally came down. Cheers Denise.

Well the good news is that she will personally pay the Treasury about £150m of that, which is better than nothing which they would have got if she'd buggered off abroad had our red friend got in.

It's also worth pointing out that the UK operations of Bet365 make very little compared to the majority which comes from the far east or other foreign markets.

I think that UK operators do have to pay a percentage of revenues to RG help centres anyway, or other programmes?

All for people making money from their own efforts but seriously how much money does she need,
think some decent charity donations would be in order
She makes a big annual charity donation to a shit soccer team, Stoke City.

I think Ross Kemp mentioned something along those lines, whereby companies collectively will put in a certain percentage towards Problem Gambling, it's sub-1% I'm sure, and a target set a few years away.

So if Kemp says so, you better believe it :D

I didn't see the rest of it as near the end he thought it was going to kick-off and he got out of there.

That he preferred gangs instead of gambling
