hi this dendra are meant to be under new management
i think its just another rival co story

the problemb started when i made 2 accounts by mistake this cause my computor had crashed and after this i separated my gambling activity from one one e mail to another was before new managment took over

i did contact them via live chat and they said no problemb and they deactivated one off the accounts

so i deposit and play and win then reverse the withdrawl and loose thate fine so far

i then uninstalled them as one does when desktop get clutterd

so then i see dendra under new managment and downloaded again forgot password so account got locked
contacted them and giot new password cool

i then contacted new managment to make sure and told them about 2 account issue and gave them both email addreses

they e mailed me back telling me wich account to use

so safe

nooo

i won on a bonus play they confiscated all my winnings
i enqured and its just a roun and round story

first cause off 2 accounts i said you knew about it and told me wot account to play

then cause my acc is flagged and the bonus shouldnt have been given

sure if i played on that acc and didnt tell them i would agree

but they gave that account now just makin exuses not to pay

i have had cashout at rival before and got jerked aroun from i week to the next so i didnt redeposit at those casinos ,who would iff you goin wait weeks to be paid

but i do deposit at afew sites wch they say i dont deposit and am not a player

the emails wernt polite i found them abusive an even told them too tone it down cause out off order

been a carefull gambler i have copies off everything i did at this dendra site

my point is now they took that deposit,and they knew full well they wernt goin pay

and iff i hadnt won would have kept on takun the money

just so u know i do belong to another forom and they cant resolve the issue

the payout isnt even the issue its the con
 
Well that's what happens when you choose dodgy casinos. Why you would do that when there are so many better places?

FYI, if you're going to post in a public forum and expect people to help, you could at least take the time to make your post readable. I didn't bother going past half way.....its an unpleasant mixture of texting and bad grammar and I couldn't be bothered trying to figure out everything you're saying if you can't be bothered making it legible.
 
I can appreciate not everyone is a skilled speller, but I'm with Nifty here. It's hard to take anyone seriously with not only all the ebonics scattered throughout, in addition to grammar and text speak, but surely you could break it into some semblance of sentencing beyond hitting enter when it runs long.
 
Well said mates. I wont bother with posts/threads where the OP doesnt put in any efforts to make the posts easily understood. In fact, unless they changed their name the casino is Dendera not Dendra cand there was a thread about their lousy management back in 2010.

Dendera are indeed under new management (since June 2012) and the current people had nothing to do with any problems which may have occurred 2 years ago.

I actually wasnt looking for the money merely stating as matter off fact,that they ripped me off.

A:because they chose wich account i should use not i ,they had info on both accounts supplied by me.
B :They took the deposit and knew when they gave me that account they had no intention off paying.
C:there e mails were verging on abusive and i had to tell them to tone it down.
D:there are live chat transcripts i have from before new managment took over also to use that account qouting no problemb on payout.

So what has changed at rival ,i have won at a few off there sites and the payouts are terrible ,its week after week off hounding.

in fact i have sorted all those myself and first time asked for help.and all i got was spelling,yea ok ill take it ,it was bad.

This problemb is also at another forum and cant be resolved there.

Its not my intention just to join a forum just to get the money,in fact they can keep it;as long as other players are aware that that DENDRA CASINO who are under new managment still practice the same.

i thought my typing was ok for a person using only one arm.

There are always two sides to every story, so let's try and get all the facts before we make our conclusions.

If I've read your posts correctly, you've opened a total of 3 different accounts with them. Even though they said this is OK, this is the most likely cause of your current problem. Let's give the casino a chance to resolve this.

I got your PM with your user-name and have e-mailed my contact to ask for his help and make him aware of this thread. But it is Sunday today, so please allow at least a day or two for a reply.

no 2 accounts ,the one that was put into play from old managment,was carried forward ,then that account was re_verified by new managment.

The account that i have has been verified twice,once by old managment.

Then again by new managment,sorry for mix uo

They say that they did not verify your new account. (Maybe you did that with the old management - before June-1st?)

Well if they're from Dendra casino then they aren't relevant.

However, if they're from Dendera AFTER June 1st then include them with your PAB submission as one really needs to see emails in both directions and I doubt I could understand yours.

OK - I think other players are already aware that if they open multiple casino accounts or try to scam ANY casino in any way that they are likely to get their winnings confiscated and be banned from any linked casinos...
