Delayed payment of winnings-Las Vegas USA casino

I submitted a withdrawal request on 11/26/17 in the amount of $2500 that was split into 3 separate payout requests via ACH. I have checked on a few separate occasions with the finance department and received different answers almost every time. I was told that everything is approved they are just waiting on their payment processor. The first time it was few days to 3 weeks, then a couple weeks and now I am told they don't know a date. I can't seem to get any definitive answers from them. I did receive the first $2000 on 01/11/18. Still waiting on the $500 and it's been over 3 months. Any advice or help would be much appreciated! Tired of getting the run around from this casino.

I would say screw it get them to put 500 back in acc, run it up and start worry all over again,it keeps us young

Haha that's one option. I'm sure it wouldn't take them long to give me the 500 if it was being spent on their site. And thanks, I'm glad I at least got that portion of my winnings!
