Tonight at 18:56 hit the bonus and opted for high noon.
1st spin 2xwilds on reel 5
2nd spin wild centre line reels 4 and 3/2/5
3rd spin wild dropped reel 1 for retrigger
Game then crashed on rebooting I was missing 2x spins and the wild on reel one had disappeared I know I wasn’t seeing things and don’t have any screenshots.
This happened on William hill and have tried to raise this with chat but can’t get any response.
What’s the process when something like this happens???

At least yet they didn't release some "DOA II Extreme" where's no base game but only bonus features to get around UK bonus buy restriction.... Guess that would be already bit too much for UKGC to tolerate.

You can't get 2 wilds in one spin. If you had that, then it was most likely a visual glitch.
Any interrupted/stuck game round is escalated with the round ID to the provider who will investigate. They should have a result within 2-3 days, maybe 1 week currently.
Typically, they will play out the round for you and credit the winnings.

No mate I had 6 in 3 spins 1st spin 2 on reel 5 then the next 2 spins wilds on reel 4/3 3rd spin reel 2 and 1then the game crashed.
Reels 2/3/4/5 were lined on the centre reels.

Interesting as @Harry_BKK said you cannot get two wilds on the same reel in one spin. Not sure if that is a fact but I have never experienced it myself nor heard of it happening to anyone else ever. Which may point towards a glitch in the game.
I hope it is sorted properly for you and you don’t get fobbed off with some fictitious amount. It always leaves a sore taste. It happened to me recently in a different game and I know I was fobbed off with the outcome 100%.

This game is exhausting related to the wagering. You can have days for shit and suddenly 4 bonusses appearing in barely 15 minutes of total time.
I also noted that once it's an hot hour, it seems to be a bit more responsive instead of going dead-hill related to spinning. Trying to crack a bunch of wildlines now for a while, no luck so far.

If you think DOA is tough, try Extra chilli on the bonus buy. I know it's banned in the UK, but god, bonus buying can be more brutal then ever. Robs you from your balance in barely 3 minutes without having just one go.

Here comes my thin-foiled opinion on DOA2: The casino your playing on has to have good volume on DOA/DOA2 in order to win big for you. Other then that i recognize 2 casino's that completely have a different gameplay related to volatility in my personal, experience. Any game that has bin tampered with (limited the max bets or stakes for example) is a game i avoid from this point on. It just does'nt play the same as the real intended game with the "max stakes".
DOA can play like night and day depending on the casino, that much is certain.
The other day I tried it at casino I don't often play at, the base game played so well I thought it was broken. That is, until it crashed and I reloaded it of course
And strange also how my first wildline in years came at a new casino too the other day, wildline with 5 or 6 spins to go! It does make one quizzical as to why these miracles tend to reoccur in similar ways

This is interesting, because i get the same stuff when signing up to "new" casino's. The big wins and the easy clicking up to 20k and that sort of stuff. I've done deposits of 40 and work my way up to the 10 to 20k range really. From there it's a spiral downwards and you wont win for weeks, months, no matter your deposit(s).
It's always obvious when you did a (big) cashout, there's nothing that really works. Maybe for weeks or months depending on how large the cashout was. This made me think that there is a system that requires me to wager an X amount before having a piece of the bigger pie again.
I also noted that, if lets say i win 1000 today, continue to play, and lose it, there's another day that i will come back to that number relatively easy. Everytime continue to play and not withdrawl, the number seems to get bigger over time. So lets say a few of us can be lucky enough to be ahead, the rest is just in with a 94 ~ 96% returnback.
I wrote a year or 2 here before, that i knew someone who always clicked himself from 10 euro paysafe into the 6k territory. I think i understand now since he never really withdrawled back in those days. He always said it's investment, lol. Years later he took 40k or so.
