New Slot Announcement Dead or Alive 2!

Oh yeah! Netent Slots are reviewed at Casinomeister - to include their associated casinos! Woo woo!
Unless they've done some sneaky stuff like reduce wild rates/wild line chance in the features, it looks like they've actually stuck true to the original. Both in the features and RTP (looks like the middle feature is pretty much the same as the original unless I'm missing something, even looked like same payout for a wildline.)

So at face value at least, this looks pretty good - that far right feature may even be higher variance than the original if you want to go for ridiculous hits. But guess we'll see once it's released, whether those 3000x hits start coming in or instead the complaints that netent sneakily reduced wildline chances somehow (which would be hard to detect, but it looks like they managed to understand why the original was so popular so maybe they won't).

What do you know, it actually looks great from the preview :eek2: Seems they took some recently popular ideas (rising multiplier, wilds with multipliers) and mixed it in with the good old DOA. Looking forward to playing this one, never had 5 scatters or a wildline on original, maybe on this one? :D

By delaying the game further I think NetEnt has a conspiracy against me personally.

I keep refreshing the page and the game keeps not being there.

The maximum win on Vikings is capped according to the rules.

Since some people state that DOA2 will have the possibility to win up to 100 000x, I wonder if the same remains true?

Nate

The 100,000x bet potential quote comes straight from Netent. Will be interesting to see what the help file says.

Plus, I guess for it to happen will be like 1:10 billion.

Betting $18 can make you a millionaire on DOA2 :D

A friend hit this earlier today. :D But looking at the casino name I have my doubts they will pay him in full.

Not a chance of payment.

This will go the same way as that poor sod's 100k Book Of Dead win I'm afraid.

I am way behind you guys on licenses and the likes ( therefore just play where I am as sure as I can be that I will be paid). Just looking at it logically why are providers allowing rogue casinos to use their software (surely makes them just as bad) or if the software isn’t legit then why don’t providers sue the casino as games must be patented. There could be a logical answer but I can’t see it.

Yeah agreed but try suing a business in Curacao. I think thought that if a developer is UKGC licensed and supplies software to rogue casinos taking unlicensed UK deposits the UKGC should call them to account.

This is the problem you would have thought that by now somewhere along the line laws/measures would be in place to prevent this kind of thing from continuing. It’s not like the industry is 5 minutes old. This kind of situation doesn’t do much to eradicate some of the conspiracy theories or whatever you want to call them. It gives you the impression that certain parts/casinos in this industry are “untouchable” and do what they like Carte Blanche. It would be nice to see these governing bodies interact with CM so we could ask them direct questions about the industry. Why do I get the distinct impression this will never happen.

I am starting to continue being thoroughly disappointed, I'm getting tired of wild worlds.

Does anyone sit with any insider information about the actual game preview release?

Well, he withdrew a few times from WS and although they have a 5K weekly limit he got over 10K and over 15K in one shot. So they do pay, question is only until what limit will they do so?

Have to check with him tomorrow.

It took with some games 2 - 3 days for the demo game to appear in the client area after they released the promo pack. So we are still within the time frame.

And what country is your friend in? Surely you should have told him to stick and only deposit and play in accredited casinos listed on CM?

It's in the client area, choose your FS type is good.

The increasing multiplier one can produce some insane wins, but my favourite is the High Noon one - put it this way, when you see those images of the original game with whole reels Wild or 10/11 Wilds in view this multiplier format will fire in some incredible wins. The Wilds multiply according to their number on the reels so you'll not see 243x unless you get a full screen, but 32 or 48x through one or two lines is certainly feasible. That would be equivalent to a Wild line sticking for 16 or 32 spins say on the original version. I feel this game is going to be very popular, and it's a damn sight quicker too than the clunky old one.

This is what I see in the client area

Yes, it's possible if he's a big depositor that they DO pay him - for now. Remember the 1668/JAZ sites are essentially a confidence trick and whether they pay is based on the player's record and losses accrued to date. If they judge they're likely to benefit from APPEARING to look after him then they will - the BS will start when he wins very big or gets significantly ahead. Put it this way, if one of you reading this had made a first deposit of only say 100 there and built it up to 50k+ then you'd have more chance of shitting Krugerrands than being paid out.
The rogue terms would come in, like 'we reserve the right to limit withdrawals to 5x the player's net deposits' OR 'issues' would occur with verification. Then you complain and the account's locked. I'd tell this player to think VERY carefully about that casino! :eek2:

Finland.

He knows more about gambling than I do, TBH. And he isn't one to play for small change. :)

So he should know better and not play at rogue casinos then shouldn't he? I do not get why people do to be honest. When there is trustworthy casinos that are not rogue they can play at.

Why do people even dare play at them? Especially if like you said he knows more about gambling than you, he should know better like I said above :p

Yeah I know mate and I am sure he knows the risks involved.

Still, he ventures around a lot and plays at virtually any place that has the usual Netent/MG/Play'n GO/BTG catalogue. We'll see how it goes.

Tough to tell a 25-year gambling veteran what to do. :D And according to him he got 99% of his wins paid from all casinos he played at (well, he said close to 100%, so could be less than 99%).

Looks very promising, keep the core elements of the original but put some different free spin mechanics in there is what I expected them to do, and it looks like they have, I did mention a couple of months back they should bring out a DOA2 and they have! maybe they listened, I knew it was 10 years since the original, which seemed like an appropriate time to release a sequel.
