Suggestion Dama nv/softswiss rep needed!!!

Since a lot of issues are stemming from Dama nv casinos I feel their needs to be rep handling complaints dealing with casinos under this umbrella which complaints are being escalated to them. I would find this comforting in continuing to play with any casino under this umbrella since its their license that would be scrutinized for player safety, and not the casino, since they're categorized as a white label casino!!

@LadyJelena my issue is with King Billy casino registered under Dama nv, and do you have a direct contact with softswiss? because they informed me that a complaint was escalated to softswiss and won't tell me why after continuously requesting the information!

Why are you posting all over the place about it, keep it to one thread, you are just derailing other threads and creating new ones for no reason.

The kingbilly rep rightly won't answer you any further on here, you have an active complaint at thepogg and seemingly an active one (about the same thing) at softswiss. No casino manager in their right mind would be responding to extra ones at the same time.

@LadyJelena thats the reason the rep won't reply, he did reply in the OP's thread, and the OP has already posted about the Softswiss complaint here nirankali vs King Billy Casino
 
I think everyone knows that I have another thread but this original thread got derailed. I started by saying, I felt there needed to be a rep for Dama nv/softswiss since the casino's don't legitimately own their own licenses, and operate under Dama nv softswiss, categorized as a white label casino. This is how it started then ladyjelena asked me a question and I answered it.

the original complaint was escalated to softswiss so its actually one complaint not two!

furthermore, @Rs.Kingbilly has never answered this question and responded twice on that thread, like the first two weeks and went silent!

And aren't these arguments supposed to be settled with the casino rep and the individual who's involved not everyone else, last time I checked sports games involve the players not the fans, or viewers.

As col (rightly says) - posting publicly invites discouse; and truly, it's for the better, everyone can share (good or bad)
If youre keen on pvt discussions, search the site, find the rep (as youre actually expected to before posting) and work from there :)

thats like going to court and me the plaintiff showing up, and the defendant @Rs.Kingbilly after making comments about his case at pre-trial not showing up to trial to defend his case and having the audience in the courtroom speak for him.

I've already explained that, and the fact that if you started the complaint here, you wouldn't be allowed to talk about it at all on the forum, should show it is the correct way to deal with it.

Looking back, the rep was only tagged 2 hrs ago
They arent 'on demand'
Expect a reply no sooner than Monday
 
I've already explained that, and the fact that if you started the complaint here, you wouldn't be allowed to talk about it at all on the forum, should show it is the correct way to deal with it.
kk I agree, but to be fair the thread did get derailed and I answered a question which led to this....

but since the cat is out the bag might as well have him answer the question!

no me and col are talking about the thread niran vs kingbilly, and I was mentioning that he responded the first two weeks since the thread opened on nov 15, then stopped responding, and that I did mention this question as well.

but to be fair the thread got derailed, and I simply answered a question which I felt should of been answered since I started the thread, I had no intention to start a new thread up for the same topic. I would of continued on on that thread!!

If youre addressing the same concerns, creating multiple threads wont get you any further.
If the rep isnt responding, you need to reach out to @LadyJelena


If the rep has responded, but you arent keen on the resolution, reach out to @maxd

if youre creating multiple threads, youre likely to hear from admin who will have a very short curt response directing you to posting rules


If youre fussing member input, welcome to the forum :)

If casinos that don't have license's themselves and work under Dama nv/softswiss license, and they breach their terms and the complaint is escalated to the licensee why isn't there a Dama nv/softswiss rep here to answer those questions!

just like all the other casinos that operate under their own licenses!

CM isnt a regulatory body - reps here by virtue, are as courtesy (and expectation, under certain conditions, for support and/or accreditation).
There's (CM) staff can aid; though noone can hardly tackle casino personnel to the ground for answers, however....

Check the staff boards.
There's at the top @Casinomeister should all things fail
@maxd for complaints and (possibly) resolution
@LadyJelena to shout out to reps

and members for queries and insights

We (they) are at hand (as able) to lend aid
