Hello everybody.

Please tell me your honest opinion on the following issue.

I have been playing with Crystal Palace Group for over a year. Have accounts at Crystal palace, Cleopatras, Lucky Pyramid, American Grand, Royal Circus, Lucky Coin, High Rollers Lounge, My Online Casino and Golden Nile. Customer service was helpful and friendly towards me. I used to play there quite often. Won and lost.

Once I won a bigger amount (750$, which left me with 500$ winnings in total) at High Rollers Lounge. They closed my account and paid me the money after a long delay. The other casinos customer service was still good. The same guy (Aakash) replies for every casino. They kept on sending me bonusoffers each week.

After that I won at Crystal Palace (+600$ overall from them) and the same thing happened again. The account was closed and the money paid with a delay. Customer service for the other casinos continued as good and friendly as usual. Crystal Palace Group kept on sending me bonusoffers each week, for all their casinos.

Then one day in November 2004 it happened. I won 1.400$ from American Grand. I had lost around 250$ their before it happened. I continued playing their other casinos, losing and winning. Had 2 other withdrawals pending. 550$ from Lucky Coin and 400$ from Lucky Pyramid. Thats 2.350$ all together. Guess what they did? They closed my American Grand and Lucky Coin -accounts. The lucky Pyramid account is still open but they keep on returning the 400$ to my casino account each time I attempt a withdrawal. Crystal Palace Group paid me approx. 300$ and then they stopped keeping in touch with me.

I complained to Montana Disputes about the issue. Here is their reply:

Comment: Dear xxxxxx, Our findings are in favor of the operator. Based on the Terms and Conditions on the websites they have selected to ban all your accounts. "Americangrand.com reserves the right to cancel your membership at any time without notice. Any balance in your account will be immediately credited back to your credit card or sent to you by check. In addition, americangrandcasino.com reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in your Casino account under any of the following circumstances." In doing so, they have credited your accounts more than the total amount of your deposits. Thank you, The Player Dispute Team

Just before the above statement, Crystal Palace Group paid me 398 euros. I dont know for which casino it was, because it only said Doleplex holdings. (If you consider this payment , they should still pay me approx. 1.450$)

Up to this day my accounts at Royal Circus, Golden Nile and My Online keep on posting me offers each week. They are still open because I have lost all my money there.

I feel that I am entitled to the money that Crystal Palace Group has not paid me. Their behaviour gives me the signal that Crystal Palace Group can close all your winning accounts and ban your winnings. But at the same time they will keep the money that you lose for themselves. Can you please tell me your opinions regarding this issue.

I tried to solve this issue for 4 months before going public. I just want to know if Casinos can treat their customers this badly.

Yours
Funkb.

This lot have been getting away with it for a long time
I had the same problen at high rollers lounge,I hit a RF on the signup and it took 4 weeks and many emails to be paid. Then I tried to redeposit as I thought they were honest but slow payers only to find the account locked
I have since found out that they used to regularly close winning account and keep the cash and it looks like they are starting it again
Thieving Scum is a fair discription

Thanks for informing me about your experience Vambo. What about you other players? My friend had to ask for his winnings via Montana Disputes. He got his money that way. Is that how a reputable casino works?

For some reason I wont get my money. Its amazing that an operation like Crystal Palace Group can excist. Before they would have been on the blacklist for doing these things.

The worst thing is to notice that you cant get ANY help in this situation. The casino is the king. We customers are not worth anything.

I wont stop discussing this issue before somebody gives me an answer to how this can be acceptable.

You seem very innocent and blas for one playing for a relatively long time. You know about Montana, but you aren't sure if casinos "can do this", and wonder if this is "how a reputable casino works". The tone is very odd.

In addition, americangrandcasino.com reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in your Casino account under any of the following circumstances..."

Which circumstances did they list? Why is that not included in what you posted? What were you accused of?

My general advice would be: if you want to swim with these sharks, sharpen your teeth - you sound almost indifferent to the alledged occurance. I would be a little angrier myself at the loss of $1400.

My specific advice would be: be more specific. What exactly happened and what do you want to happen now? Are you after your money or just wondering if this is all "OK"?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Mr. X - Richard Brooks - Don Money, or Cash Hunter (?), or whatever other alias he has undertaken this week.

He labels nearly every player that uses a bonus at his casinos an abuser, and continues to lie, cheat and deceive all who question his managing style. Actually some would say that Mr. Cloud has become even more abrasive in his old age, sending threatening letters to even the most respected online casino authorities.
Here is a nice one that he sent to the Casinomeister after the Meister was trying to address a player complaint:

"Bryan

Listen nicely my friend

Who the f**k you think neteller care about you who dont process a cent or me that processes 1 mill plus.

Think about that you f**king retard before you mail a threatening email
again.

NOW F**K OFF and show paul this email as well

Why are you emailing me deal with RTG you prick

When I meet you in person we will see if you are as cocky

Also good luck in court you will need all the money you an get."

Whoa! Did someone forget to take his prozac?

With the failure of Rated Player Casino he left some unpaid debt to Gambling Online Magazine which they described as "quite a bit of money."

Casino Zeal has been very active and at first glance seems to be a portal. However this, and a bunch of other urls eventually direct the unwary to Casino Zeal.com which is connected to Warren Cloud's Doloplex group.

One would think that a person such as this would be shun from the industry by most software providers. Well not RTG.

Shows you the ethical standards of RTG.

Has Cloud straighten out his act and realize that he needs to be more honest and forthright in order to maintain a spot in the online casino game? Hell no!

Hi Landidar,

The email exchange between me and Warren Cloud is now water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned. That was about 14 months ago and we laugh about it now. It really doesn't have much relevancy but shows that some people lose their tempers a bit too quickly.

Fool? He's a pretty rich fool :D

As for Rated Player, going down, the debt to GOM was paid (where are you digging up these outdated articles BTW) and for players, it was in the realm of $2K. If there are any players out there who have a claim against Rated Player, let them come forward - I bet they will be paid if they truly are owed money.

As for Funkbombers claim, as he's mentioned - it's been looked at by Montana disputes, and when they came back with the negative reply, I had RTG look at it as well. They decided against the player feeling that the casino exercised its right to discontinue allowing Funkbomber to use bonuses.

By the way, the humorous email exchange occured when I mentioned to Warren that I was having a meeting with Paul Templeton - Neteller's VP of Ops in London, and I was going to ask Paul what he thought about casino operators who confiscate deposits of bonus abusers. Warren didn't like that :D And he hasn't done that since.

I wonder about this too.

Let's not glorify this character. There's nothing meritorious about being a "rich fool" when your wealth comes from players you robbed in the past. Maybe Salvatore Riina is also a "rich fool". I believe Saddam Hussein isn't short of a bob or two, either. At least he's getting his just desserts now - looks like dear ole' loveable rogue Cloud isn't in any danger of getting his any time soon.

That doesn't at least appear to be what the player's complaining about - he's intimating they stole 2.35K, not they they denied him bonuses:

"I won 1.400$ from American Grand. I had lost around 250$ their before it happened...Had 2 other withdrawals pending....Thats 2.350$ all together...They closed my American Grand and Lucky Coin accounts."

Denying bonuses is fine. "Denying bonuses" in the form of retroactively confiscating winnings and bonuses after he played is not - that's something else entirely. I believe that's theft - bog-standard Cloud norm, in fact.

Hi again.

Clarifications.

I know what Crystal Palace Groups has been all about. Im an experienced player and I knew that there might be trouble one day. What is the use of me swearing and acting crazy on this forum. Yes, I am VERY bitter at Crystal Palace Group. I have been playing there for 2 reasons.

Nr 1: On various forums it has been said that they take time paying, but that they eventually pay. Thats ok for me as long as I get paid.

Nr 2: Bryan has them under observation. Meaning that they have been acting better than before. If this way of behaving doesnt take them to the blacklist, I wonder what does.

This is EVERYTHING that I received from Montana Disputes:

I can assure that I have received NO more information than this. I will be glad to let Bryan or somebody else contact Montana Disputes to confirm this. I have absolutely nothing to hide. Im very honest and in addition that I wouldnt be stupid enough to lie. I would get caught anyway.

Like Caruso said, the point here is that Crystal Palace Group still owes me approx. 1,400 dollars. I would be extemly happy to hear a representative of Crystal Palace Group comment this issue here on the forum. I know that they are reading these messages.

And I can tell you that losing 1,400$ this way is :( . I still dont understand how Montana Disputes, RTG:s and Crystal Palace Groups verdict of me losing my winnings, is acceptable??

"In addition, americangrandcasino.com reserves the right, in its total discretion, to void any winnings and withhold any balance in your Casino account under any of the following circumstances."

Yes it does - they all do. BUT again and again and again, it's only the CROOKS that INVOKE the right to steal your money without explanation - and Cloud has a long history of it.

The information here is very incomplete from Montana. Without knowing any additional facts, I don't see any reason for you not to be entitled to your money. The fact that Montana don't even give you a reason either, other than "we reserve the right", doesn't reflect well on them.

Thanks for supporting me Caruso.

This is exactly how I feel. What if a casino would close your account and confiscate your winnings after you hitting a Royal Flush? Thank god I did not win that much money. I would have lost it all :D

I thought that Bryan would take my side in this case. If I dont get my money for this, then I at least want to see Crystal Palace Group on the blacklist.

I would still die to hear what I did wrong and why everybody is so calm regarding the issue.

There are a LOT of things happening at the moment besides your complaint. As you know - and I make this perfectly clear - I will assist you as time permits. I've been involved with a shitload of other issues, some of which are much more pressing than your situation. Sorry, that's just the way it is.

But regardless, I promise I will set everything aside right now and look at this in detail, call RTG, contact Warren Cloud, whatever, and hopefully come to a fair resolution.

Thank you extremly much Bryan. Im sorry to bother you again, but you are the ONLY one that can help me. I understand that you are drowning in work, complaints and personal things. Plus your doing this without any pay.

Its crazy that the only neutral place regards casinos is Casinomeiste. How can we arrange for a paid neutral instance?

You can always check out Bryan's Wish List on Amazon.com if you're looking for something "paid".

My two cents since Bryan may not say this himself.

Just a question to ask oneself. Why are your accounts being closed? Please - try not to entertain the thought "because I won money". This tends to be the "knee jerk" response when accounts are closed. And it normally doesn't apply to the well funded casinos (I already can hear the moans - "because they rip off players!"). But there are hundreds - if not thousands of players who have won big time from this casino group, and have never had an account closed.

Are you sure these are open?

Like I told you a few weeks ago, I was in touch with RTG about this and they reviewed the information that you gave me, and reviewed Montana's decision - and they sided with Montana and the operator. I've resent everything back to RTG and will be following up with a phone later in the day. I've also spoken to the operator and he is adamant that he is in the right.

Crystal Palce

Any casino that E-mails me 100% match offers for $8000 each weekend must be dodgy. If they fuss over a couple of thousand dollars I doubt they would pay me if I managed to wager 30x D&B and have $16000+ to withdraw.
I get these as I registerd, but became suspicious when I went to safebet.org and found it to be an advert for another casino and a forum tucked away at the bottom. Little sign of independent certification there. I joined this bogus forum and read the reviews on Crystal Palace - all were highly negative, with the term Thieves well used. I did not deposit then, and never have done. The offers just get bigger and bigger.
Had matches on $11000 at times.

Once they had messed you around and closed one or two accounts, the prudent course of action would have been to cease playing at all the others, and just snigger at the more and more outrageous offers that came in the E-mail

Today Mr Cloud is in meltdown - just look at this!!!!!!!!

Sunday March 6 (EST)
Bonus A) 200% FREE up to $16,000 (Coupon Code: HVAUG)
Bonus B) 200% FREE up to $16,000 (Coupon Code: F8WUG)
Bonus C) 200% FREE up to $16,000 (Coupon Code: WDEEB)
Bonus D) 200% FREE up to $16,000 (Coupon Code: P6PKH)

Yeah Right :D

Yes, and I've had an idea in my head these last two days that there may be a link between these manic promo emails and the case here, after thinking about Bryan's initial response about Montana's "decision". I'll wait to hear the "official" verdict before commenting further since I don't want to be putting any ideas in Cloudy Boy's head.
