I won some money at Crystal Palace, and they decided not to pay. Don't trust this casino.

Their email:

Hi Cyoon,

I also played at the Crystal Casino. I received their bonus, played and cashed out on 6th of Dec. and did not receive the payment.
Then contacted them on 12th of Dec. -<, No answer, resend email on 13th of Dec. and received the below email.

Besides that they did not give any information until I have asked them for, the answer makes me some worried about my money.
With my Neteller account everything is OK and the wager I also played.

Did you also receive such email ? Please let me know.

Thanks
Stefan

Thank you for contacting Crystal Palace Casino.

Unfortunately there seems to be an issue with your account, and this matter is currently being investigated by our Accounts/Fraud department. According to our automated system, there seems to be an issue with your NETeller account, amongst other possible breaches of the Casino's terms and conditions.

Until this investigation has been concluded and the matter cleared, your account will remain locked, and all payments withheld.

Best regards,

Andy

Its unbeleivable that people still go to this casino or any run by Oliver Curran/Warren Cloud. Perhaps if they were rogued like they should have been months ago people would not play at such casinos. I had an issue with this casino from a while ago I pitched a bitch, has there been any progress on my case Casinomeister? I apprediate your help.

I am in the same situation as you are and probably many others.
I break their chops almost on a daily basis.
But, I have resigned myself to the fact that I'm never going to see my money.
It think maybe you should also.
There is no one BUT no one who has any sort of a relationship with OLIVER/WARREN...therefore you can count on not getting much help from anyone.
Bryan is the BEST :notworthy: but I don't believe their is anything even he can do.

Casinomeister is your best bet if you want to get your money following an ill-advised choice of this group as a gambling venue.

At the very least he has a channel of communications to Cloud and for that matter RTG that is way more effective than ignored emails.

As it stands right now, persons who have filed complaints with me against Crystal Palace have been paid. There are a few I'm still awaiting word on. Most of these are from people getting locked out and accused of fraud.

I never received a complaint from "the smacker" against Crystal Palace. I only have one from 24 Aug 2003 concerning the FL group which was promptly resolved.

Bryan...My apologies.
I seriuosly thought that not even you could help us.
I will "pitch a bitch" with you today.
Thank you Bryan...and again, I'm sorry.

No prob :D
The thing is for every player that has been paid, there have been two that are shut out because of "fraud". Warren Cloud has an involved with a large number of casinos, so it's easy for a player who has been banned at some casino in the past get banned here. I'm not defending anyone here, I'm merely explaining things.

I played at Crystal Palace for the first time, won some money and cashed in. They payed me in a few days. I made another deposit for $200 later and won $100 again, I didn't claim any bonus this time, but I tried to cash in again.

Later I tried to log in to play again, and the account was locked. I emailed them and they replied:

Dear Wendi

I emailed them and asked why and they replied this time with this email:

Dear Wendi,

Please note that you have been using the same NETeller account on various accounts, which is a violation of the terms of our casino.

Therefore your account has been locked and it will not be reopened.

What ever they're saying is not making sense. I emailed them again to ask for proof. They simply didn't reply.

They are holding on to the $300 I have in there, $200 of that I deposit.

Casino Meister, please help me!

Wendi

Wendi, check your account or inbox. There was an error on the casino's behalf which they have apologised for and have credited your account with a token "I'm sorry" amount. It seems that there was an evil affiliate who was creating phony accounts and yours slipped in with the rest (you probably clicked his link).

Lanidar, you're squared away as well.

Crystal Palace

I'm as well on of these stupid people who did not read pages like these before.

I played Crystal Palace on 3rd December and cashed-in $ 327,50 but never eceived my money. I wrote them several times, then I even called Australia twice, talked to one call-center agent and later to Oliver. Both promised to take check this matter and to get back to me... bla, bla, bla

I never received an answer on either my e-mails or my phone-calls.

Never ever play at this Casino! Or High Rollers (the same happened to me there as well of course)

Felix

Crystal Palace not paying

Dear Cyoon,
Crystal Palace took over some casinos last year which I have deposits in and which show no signs of paying me. They are America's Online Casino, Cleopatra's Casino, Club Marid Gras Casino, and Club Regal Casino. I've called them numerous times. The only thing I can think of is to gather names together and try to seek out a lawyer. If you're interested please reply to roddamer@yahoo.com. Thanks.

Just a little background for newcomers. Warren Cloud came to an agreement with RTG's Michael Staw and J.C.Jones (the former owner) to take over The Vegas Strip casinos last year. This was in addition to his Crystal Palace group, giving him a total of something like nine operations in all.

Cloud agreed to look after outstanding payouts on the basis of what turned out to be false records presented by Jones. These understated the amounts owed by recording large numbers of payouts as paid when they were not.

Long story short, Cloud agreed to pay the outstandings subject to rigorous examination (there will always be chancers) There was a deadline for these payouts. I am not a Cloud fan, but fair is fair and it should be noted that most of the outstanding amounts that were the subject of complaints seem to have been paid.

That has nothing to do, of course with the manner in which Cloud runs his casinos these days, particularly from a bonus and winnings disqualification point of view. You need to approach this operation with extreme caution.

After over a year of dealing with the Vegas Strip Group (who own Crystal Palace) I hired a lawyer from Cyprus where the casino is based. They charge 10% of the money collected. On 6/2/04, I finally received the money owed me. The laywers I used were George Yiangou and Co. gyiangou@logos.cy.net or gyiangou@yiangou.com.cy.
Good luck.
