Dear Robert,

Several days ago you posted a message on this forum (username = ranaent) that Crystal Palace owed you $4,000.

"Crystal Palace owes me $4000 should I just assume that I'm not ever going to get it?"
https://www.casinomeister.com/forums/threads/crystal-palace-crystal-clear-their-criminals.515/?t=515

I was disappointed to see that you have subsequently not mentioned in your postings that you have been paid the full amount via wire transfer.

We spoke on several occasions and as you know the reason your wire took several days longer than usual to process was because }}you had deposited via ACH echeck.

We are required to receive confirmation that an ACH echeck has cleared prior to processing a withdrawal.

In your particular case it is very important that we did wait these few extra days, as you have since proven to us that you do not honor your checks. Your subsequent echeck deposits at Crystal Palace have bounced.

Of course you don't mention that in the forums.

As for the so-called "Casino-Meister", he contacted us regarding your payment after the wire had already been sent to you. When we asked him to investigate why you were bouncing your checks after we had paid you with no problems whatsoever, we of course got no response.

But we really don't expect too much from the likes of Bailey. He of course closed the thread you had posted your complaint on, meaning that we were not given the opportunity to respond with an accurate statement of what really transpired.

WTF Warren? I just asked this guy about the bounced checks yesterday. I also have been mostly in contact with Eddy over this stuff, skipping you, you dweeb.

You were actually coming across as a person who wanted to make some sort of ammends, even asking to be added to Casinomeister's Reputable casino section since you feel that getting licesened with the Mohawaks was good enough for me. You can take your money and shove it up your ass.

Hey you moron. The thread's not closed. You could have posted there no problem.

I don't have time for this shit. I have a plane to catch.

"WELL LADIES AND GENTLEMEN...GUESS WHO JUST TOLD WARREN CLOUD...OPPPSSS...I MEAN OLIVER CURRAN TO GO "F" HIMSELF.

Not only that but I called him a thief and a FXXXIN' LIAR.

He in turn called me a thief because I accepted the bonus and lost it and now I'm not getting my original deposit back and they have the right to keep it. :wtf:

Mr. Oliver told me to go back to school and stop wasting my time playing on line and to do something with my life..What the hell is he talking about!!!

Warren kept bouncing back and forth from subject to subject that after a VERY SHORT WHILE I had no idea what he was talking about. Mr. Cloud sounded like a babbling fool! :p

Oliver was missquoting T&C's in CLEOPATRA and said he had to talk to management about getting my $75 back from HIGHROLLERS . I told him HE was management HE makes the decisions. Warren began to babble again...I wonder if Oliver was drooling all over his chin. :p

I really don't know how it ended up because, once again, I called him a liar, a thief and where to go.

Whats the odds that I get my money back :xxx

AND... ASK ME IF I CARE!! :proud:

This OLIVER CURRAN fellow is exactly what you get when you cross breed anyone with a desire to own or operate an Internet Casino that has been (or will be again) a RTG casino licensee. Have a good one.

I just sent a PM to Oliver Curran...the following is an exact copy:

You just spoke on the phone to my sons girlfriend, Jamie Bolwin.
She played in Cleopatras on Oct 2nd.
She HAS an email stating that she will be paid. You just told her that you have TWO lists...one priority and one non-priority and she is on the NON-PRIORTY list.
You also told her that she would be paid in good time in about another month.
Just who the hell do you think you are...God? Picking and choosing who and when your players get
paid.
You're just a small man hiding behind a telephone acting like you mean something in this world.
Without your menial job, you would probably be selling pencils on a corner.
This will be posted in EVERY forum I am registered in!

I just told my wife about the situation with my sons girlfriend Jamie.

My wife asked me legitimate question. :proud:
HOW DOES :puke: OLIVER DETERMINE WHO GOES ON A NON-PRIOIRTY LIST??

Jamie, just barely 22 years old, and just playing for fun, didn't ask. :(

Now the dilemma...how does Oliver :mg: make this all important decision when he gets up in the morning?

"HHMMMMM...who shall I pay and who shall I :xxx screw".

Any ideas my friends.....

Man, that just burns me up. Especially Oliver's cavalier remark that "she would be paid in good time in about another month." What horse sh** that is.
How can any Casino be thought of as anything but a Rogue when they keep lists of payment priorities? At least this guy is stupid enough to put his ethics in writing so that we all know to avoid this Casino.

Vegas Vegas Casino ...here is another casino that is giving us that "PLAYER ABUSE" nonsense.

No risk wagers DO NOT fulfill your obligation with regards to Bonus Wagering Conditions and will render you ineligible.
This will be determined by the Vegas Vegas Casino Management. Further action will be taken against serial promotion abusers. Using the promotional offer to wager on Roulette and Blackjack does not fulfill the wagering requirements

The Vegas Vegas Casino reserves the right to refuse a promotional bonus for any reason including, and not restricting to, players abuse. Action will be taken against any serial promotion abusers.

Non compliance with these terms and conditions shall be deemed to be promotion abuse and as such will give the Vegas Vegas Casino Management the right at its sole discretion to take the following action against such abusers:
All winnings on all accounts open will be null and void and all cash ins will be cancelled where a player has been deemed abusive.

Abusing player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect.
Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers or even be expelled indefinately from the casino.

NOW...SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT A "SERIAL PROMOTION ABUSER" is?

A serial promotion abuser is a bullsh*t term that a casino invents when they dont want to pay a player. The way I see it, you either reach the wagering requirements or you dont. This promotion abuser crap is just that....CRAP.

Olliver Curran/Warren Cloud should get real jobs...like shoveling sh*t against the tide.

Just an update: Warren Cloud has assured me that Oliver Curran is not him and is one of his managers. He (Warren) has stated his displeasure in "Oliver's" posting and was hoping that Oliver could edit his post. Unfortunatley, only moderators can edit posts after 24 hours, so it's too late.

Oliver is welcome to make a retraction/correction if he feels it's necessary.

COULD BE A STUPID QUESTION HERE BRYAN BUT:

DO YOU REALLY BELIEVE WARREN?

OR SHOULD I SAY OLIVER

Ask for picture ID's and utiliy bills from each..Don Fortune, Oliver Curran and Warren Cloud... lol

just recalling posts over time but, isn't there several other aliases that's used by Sybil also?

Jinnia- Great idea! Perhaps Brian could put together a "Fax-back" form for casino managers, which would include all the information they demand from their customers! (Then, he could regularly "lose" the form or ask for it to be re-submitted!)

love2vegas,

sounds like a very good idea to me .. wonder if the casinomeister might do that? grin

(Then, he could regularly "lose" the form or ask for it to be re-submitted!)

exactly, then not answer their emails either!

Dear Bryan,

I am more than happy to retract my comments regarding you personally. No malice was intended and I unreservedly apologize for any offence.

Unfortunately you were caught up in a dispute between ourselves and Robert, a player who accused us erroneously of not paying his winnings.

With regards to my comments about Robert however I make no apologies. He bounced all his deposits with Crystal Palace after we took steps to process his winnings as quickly as possible. If this isnt fraudulent behavior, then I dont know what is.

Crystal Palace always pays its legitimate players in a timely manner, but we will not tolerate blatant untruths about us posted online by the likes of Robert, especially when the truth about him is less than glowing.

Yours sincerely,

COME ON OLIVER...JAMIE IS A LEGITIMATE PLAYER AND YOU'RE SCREWING HER AROUND.
SHE PHONED YOU AND YOU TOLD HER: "SHE WAS ON A NON-PRIORITY LIST"!!!
JAMIE PLAYED IN CLEOPATRAS...THERE IS NO DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLEO AND CRYSTAL!!!

WHAT KIND OF CRAP IS THAT!!!

"Crystal Palace always pays its legitimate players in a timely manner"

"Jamie HAS an email stating that she will be paid. You just told her that you have TWO lists...one priority and one non-priority and she is on the NON-PRIORTY list."

Hello all

About a month ago i deposited money at crsytal palace. I have since met their wager requirement for the bonus and have recently requsted a cashout. Upon requesting a cashout they asked me to submit the fax back form, a copy of my id and a utility bill. After reading what has been posted here i am a little worried about sending this information in. What is everyones opinion on this? Is this normal practice? Should i be worried about anything?

Also i have a question for oliver. Why do you request this information of some players and not others? Can you please explain this?

thanks in advance for everyones feedback.

regards
bigslick

I'm sure you read the posts and the problems players have in Crystals group of casinos.
In my opinion, I don't beleive you will have a problem with the documents they ask for.
Where you WILL have a problem is getting paid.

Bigslick, it would be helpful that if in the event that you do get paid that you post how long it takes you to get paid.

I too believe that you'll be paid, its' just a matter of how long you'll be strung out and which of Oliver's lists you are on. Welcome to the forum. Have a good one.
