Hi all,

Thank you for accepting my application. I have a slight issue I won big on a site 3 days ago, I had. Email last night to say my withdrawal has been cancelled as “We need to run additional checks on your account and make sure that all gaming activity is fine”, after speaking with customer service they have said they need to speak to game provider to make sure my gameplay was legit. Does this normally happen just worried as it’s nearly 13k win In total over a few games.
Brother they did paid you or not kindly tell me i also face same issue on 4 december on bits starz casino now they did me waiting

I contact them First they says me 24-48 Hour But also it take longer But how much they dont know about that litteraly? They just keep me waiting thats it nothing else i hear in this site winning checks by provider takes 1 day mine was 75 hour + Gone no update i think they don't want pay my withdrawal

It can happen, especially if it’s a relatively large amount, which it is. Then it also depends on whether the Casino is legit, whether all your details are legit and verified, etc.

They will basically, look for any excuse/loophole, not to pay you but if you haven’t broken any rules, you should get the money, albeit after jumping through some hoops.
Mine just win 950$ withdrawal hold support says they need to check with gaming provider feedback now 3 day gone no update they just keep me waiting

I’d suggest you try again.

Why you dont give my withdraw for 950$ winning verfication need 3 days still no update?

Have you contacted the rep as was suggested to you earlier? That should be your first step.

Dude, you are aware it is the weekend, yes? The casino people are like everyone else, they’ve got lives and families and enjoy their weekends as much as the rest of us. Come Monday morning I’m sure @BitStarz will see your message and offer the assistance you require.
