When I entered the sign-up bonus code at Coral, the bonus appeared at the player profile as "pending bonus". In their terms it says that it will be credited within 30 minutes, but a day passed and it was still pending. I sent them messages, e-mails, and they said that it will be added. I had to call them, and finally after 4-5 days they added it as withdrawable.
Yesterday I entered the monthly bonus code at Coral, but no "pending bonus" was added. After wagering 1 pound, I immediatelly withdraw my deposit, as I foresaw that I had to call them again and wait for days, hoping that they will add it. So I forgot about it.
Gala and Coral have a shared account, if you noticed, and your account appears at both casinos. So I do not risk to try to get the Gala sign-up bonus as well. The terms say that people found with multiple accounts are going to be banned. Besides that, I want to use a credit card for depositing,
(I dont like the charges of Neteller and bank wire) and if I try to open a new account with the same payment method, it will be declined. And I think I have to open a new account to get the sign-up bonus, since you have to enter the bonus code during registration. I also think that the account I had originally opened at Gala, was closed for some reason. Complicated hah? I know, that's why I stay away.
Also, Gala never responed to my e-mails, whereas Coral did reply.
Another scary point is that a lot of chartwell casinos have closed to the public recently, as mentioned somewhere in the site of beatingbonuses.com
I wonder what happed to the people's money and what that says about chartwell casinos. However, I am not worried that the Gala group will close down and dissapear, as they have a large land based chain of casinos in UK, so its a very big business.
I lost 8,000 pounds at Gala land based casinos, and then they banned me!Land based casinos Napoleons and Palm Beach have also banned me, obviously because I was counting the cards. How's that for being fair or fair business? They let you lose thousands and when they see that you know how to win, they bann you. Yes, you can take them to court if you are rich. But if you are poor, you cannot sue anybody! That's what court "justice" means! This has to change. All legal costs of everyone should be paid by the state. However, I will take them to court if I ever be wealthy enough.
I have attended some legal lessons in the past in a college in UK, and I am certain that this "exclusion clause" that allows them to bann you whenever they like without providing a reasonable reason, is contradictory to other laws of fair trade.
The same thing with the bonuses. If you make a profit after these bonuses, they can call you "bonus abuser". If you read the forums, you can see that they claim this "bonus abuse" as an excuse not to pay the winners. These players made quite big bets, so it was clearly not a case of "bonus abuse".
Of course online casinos are out of the reach of law, so they only thing you can do is write in forums about what happened and warn other players.
But the thing that concerns me the most, is whether all online casinos cheat sometimes altering the outcomes of the random number ganerators. I have statistical evidence of many of them cheated me (with a more than 95% statistical confidence), but I cannot start a new thread in casinomeister to show my results and argue this matter further, due to bad reputation points
(beacuse I dared to provide argumentation that all pokerooms are cheating at poker). I only posted these results (which are of a chartwell casino):
