Hey Guys...
I wanted to start a new post in order to give you a heads up if you get a letter from Lucky Creek Casino. I had written in a thread the other day about a promotion, however, I found out more today and wanted to let anyone know in case they got the letter. First let me start off by saying that I have played at Lucky Creek before and I like a few of their games, however because I never had much luck, I would not tarry long. On several occassions they would send me a letter or an email wanting me to come back and try again and they would give me a bonus. I would use the bonus and then generally deposit again, however I never had much luck plus some of the games were just "ok". Anyway, I do play generally somewhere every night and because of me being in the USA my choices are limited. Anyway to go on with my story....
Back a couple of weeks ago I received a letter (regular mail) regarding the Pure Gold Experience. With the letter you could clain $100 free (ND) and after putting in the bonus code you then had to put in a unique invitation code. I did this and met the WR requirements and had a cash out for $1501.32, however I did not read the little print in the bottom right hand corner of the letter that was the E & EO terms which only allows you to withdraw $100.00 and then the rest is given to you in match bonuses. Now, this was my fault for not reading that, not theirs. So I cashed in the whole amount, sent my withdrawal documents and received an email saying my documents were received. I was also told that I would only receive $100 but I would get the 100% match bonuses for the rest of the amount to be used within 6 months (if I am not mistaken about the time frame). So, I thought, ok...that is fine. The email also stated that it would be processed on Monday ($30.00 was going to be taken out for courier fee but that was still ok...had rather they just put the $100 in my account and let me play). Anyway, I didn't hear anything Monday, nor on Tuesday, until I sent them an email and they responded saying that they were busy working on cash ins from the weekend. Ok...still no problem and I had deposited after the cash in appx $300.00. Ok, so today I still didn't get an email so I went to live help again and was told that an email was sent to me (I had them resend it and I did get it then), however I was told that the cash in was cancelled and that I would not receive the $100.00 however I would receive $1501.32 in match bonuses. I questioned ...why?
So, Sam, which was the person to whom I was speaking to informed me that I had taken "several" welcome bonuses and that this was forbidden in the rules. I explained to him that I only took the bonuses that were sent to me and they were not called "welcome" bonuses. I have searched the letter and I can even scan it nd post if and thre is nothing that says "welcome bonus". In fact there is a 100% match bonus up to $100 once you have claimed the FREE $100 reward (that is how they term in). Many times in the past when I would stop playing at a casino I would get a bonus to "come back" so to speak. I thought and honestly believed that this was what this was. I told him that I would have never taken it or any of the other "welcome" bonuses had I known that was what they were. In fact, I asked him why don't you guys do something so that the code doesn't go through with an established player (or a player that had played there before). I also went on to tell him that one night I was playing and was down to nothing and this message popped up offering a 100% bonus up to $200 so I went to claim it (once I had ran out of money) and it wouldn't take it...so when I asked live help why they told me it was a welcome bonus. I asked them then...why in the world does this flash up on my screen when I am already playing, if it is a welcome bonus? I was told that it just "happens". Today I logged on and the same message scrolled up to the right hand side of the screen. I told Sam, it looks like if you guys can keep that bonus from being taken, surely you can do the same with these other bonuses so that a player does not "abuse" the bonuses. This might sound silly to you guys, but it really hurt my feelings because I do use bonus coupons, and I play without them, however I would not intentionally "abuse" anything....period.
Anyway, sorry for the long message, and I am not angry with them, however, I wanted to let you guys know that if you got the letter please ask about it if you have played there before. The letter is not clear (to me anyway), or I may be dumber than a box of rocks I will continue to play there from time to time however I did ask specifically (and I had the chat sent to my email) to confirm that I would receive 100% match up bonuses for up to $1501.32 and Sam tole me "yes". He also confirmed that the playthrough on the BONUS ONLY was 40x and that the bonus was redeemable and that there was NO max cash out. This way atleast I will know what I am doing. However, let me say this one more thing. I told him I had never received any "bonus codes" for these match bonuses and he said that I will not receive codes, I have to deposit and then support will manually credit them. I asked him...well if that is the case then why didn't they credit it for the last few deposits (after the cash in) and he told me that I had to ask for them before I play (they don't do it automatically) So, now I will keep a little list of the deposits so that I can make sure they are 100% matched up to the $1501.32...geesh....I need a bookkeeping system now to play online Ok...now I am going to hush...good luck everyone
