Hey Guys...

I wanted to start a new post in order to give you a heads up if you get a letter from Lucky Creek Casino. I had written in a thread the other day about a promotion, however, I found out more today and wanted to let anyone know in case they got the letter. First let me start off by saying that I have played at Lucky Creek before and I like a few of their games, however because I never had much luck, I would not tarry long. On several occassions they would send me a letter or an email wanting me to come back and try again and they would give me a bonus. I would use the bonus and then generally deposit again, however I never had much luck plus some of the games were just "ok". Anyway, I do play generally somewhere every night and because of me being in the USA my choices are limited. Anyway to go on with my story....

Back a couple of weeks ago I received a letter (regular mail) regarding the Pure Gold Experience. With the letter you could clain $100 free (ND) and after putting in the bonus code you then had to put in a unique invitation code. I did this and met the WR requirements and had a cash out for $1501.32, however I did not read the little print in the bottom right hand corner of the letter that was the E & EO terms which only allows you to withdraw $100.00 and then the rest is given to you in match bonuses. Now, this was my fault for not reading that, not theirs. So I cashed in the whole amount, sent my withdrawal documents and received an email saying my documents were received. I was also told that I would only receive $100 but I would get the 100% match bonuses for the rest of the amount to be used within 6 months (if I am not mistaken about the time frame). So, I thought, ok...that is fine. The email also stated that it would be processed on Monday ($30.00 was going to be taken out for courier fee but that was still ok...had rather they just put the $100 in my account and let me play). Anyway, I didn't hear anything Monday, nor on Tuesday, until I sent them an email and they responded saying that they were busy working on cash ins from the weekend. Ok...still no problem and I had deposited after the cash in appx $300.00. Ok, so today I still didn't get an email so I went to live help again and was told that an email was sent to me (I had them resend it and I did get it then), however I was told that the cash in was cancelled and that I would not receive the $100.00 however I would receive $1501.32 in match bonuses. I questioned ...why?

So, Sam, which was the person to whom I was speaking to informed me that I had taken "several" welcome bonuses and that this was forbidden in the rules. I explained to him that I only took the bonuses that were sent to me and they were not called "welcome" bonuses. I have searched the letter and I can even scan it nd post if and thre is nothing that says "welcome bonus". In fact there is a 100% match bonus up to $100 once you have claimed the FREE $100 reward (that is how they term in). Many times in the past when I would stop playing at a casino I would get a bonus to "come back" so to speak. I thought and honestly believed that this was what this was. I told him that I would have never taken it or any of the other "welcome" bonuses had I known that was what they were. In fact, I asked him why don't you guys do something so that the code doesn't go through with an established player (or a player that had played there before). I also went on to tell him that one night I was playing and was down to nothing and this message popped up offering a 100% bonus up to $200 so I went to claim it (once I had ran out of money) and it wouldn't take it...so when I asked live help why they told me it was a welcome bonus. I asked them then...why in the world does this flash up on my screen when I am already playing, if it is a welcome bonus? I was told that it just "happens". Today I logged on and the same message scrolled up to the right hand side of the screen. I told Sam, it looks like if you guys can keep that bonus from being taken, surely you can do the same with these other bonuses so that a player does not "abuse" the bonuses. This might sound silly to you guys, but it really hurt my feelings because I do use bonus coupons, and I play without them, however I would not intentionally "abuse" anything....period.

Anyway, sorry for the long message, and I am not angry with them, however, I wanted to let you guys know that if you got the letter please ask about it if you have played there before. The letter is not clear (to me anyway), or I may be dumber than a box of rocks :confused: I will continue to play there from time to time however I did ask specifically (and I had the chat sent to my email) to confirm that I would receive 100% match up bonuses for up to $1501.32 and Sam tole me "yes". He also confirmed that the playthrough on the BONUS ONLY was 40x and that the bonus was redeemable and that there was NO max cash out. This way atleast I will know what I am doing. However, let me say this one more thing. I told him I had never received any "bonus codes" for these match bonuses and he said that I will not receive codes, I have to deposit and then support will manually credit them. I asked him...well if that is the case then why didn't they credit it for the last few deposits (after the cash in) and he told me that I had to ask for them before I play (they don't do it automatically) :confused::confused: So, now I will keep a little list of the deposits so that I can make sure they are 100% matched up to the $1501.32...geesh....I need a bookkeeping system now to play online :what: Ok...now I am going to hush...good luck everyone :oops:
 
I can tell you that something is fishy about this casino group. I called one night, got the music and was on hold. After several minutes of no one answering. I hung up the phone. A few minutes later someone called me back from the casino. My number is private and unlisted.
 
I gave up on that group months ago. If I did any good at all, and raised my bet, at all, I would start losing right

away.

The games are so-so, if that.

No loss in not playing there..........nope, don't miss it!

The part I don't get is why you continue depositing? If a casino treated me that way, especially over $100, then you wouldn't see me for dust.

What I find particularly interesting is that they WILL allow part 2 of the promotion, but NOT part one....so they're in fact admitting you ARE eligible, as you're either entitled to both or neither.

It's the kind of crap you'd expect from v1rtual or Roam casino. Vote with your feet, because they are totally taking the p*ss and probably laughing every time you deposit.
 
For the USA player, our options are so limited. I loved this group till I read this post. I just posted on their facebook page with a link to this thread. Let's see how they handle it. If they delete the post, then we all should say "bye, bye".

And yes, I think they owe you as well. Very misleading.

. Hi Nifty, I was frustrated, not angry, however I had kept on depositing thinking I was getting the $100. Honestly this one game had hit so good I thought it would hit again. And, I feel partially to blame because I should have asked before I claimed the code, however again, I do believe they should have some method if this is not a code a player us suppose to have, it should be blocked. When a person plays several places and does participate in bonuses it is hard to remember what is what. Honestly up until the last few months I never paid much attentions to the rules and regulations; I just simply deposited and either won or lost. I never knew there were max bets on bonus play, until I read it here, and still some of the stuff that is talked about here is Greek to me. :) I have sincerely appreciated this forum and have learned so much along the way. Anyway, it's over now; had it been a large sum that I was entitled to I definately wouldn't go quietly into the night. I did think out of good will they would put $100 into my account for the principal of being told that. Being my luck if they had it would have been 100x WR and max cashout of $100. ( being sarcastic here...lol). :oops: Oh well, from now on I will ask live chat "before" and not after. Thanks guys for letting me vent. :)
 
BTW if I make typos in my posts sometimes...sorry...with this new Android log in I go to CM several times a day. :) I have turned into Chatty Linda :oops: I try to catch the mistakes before I push send...lol...however sometimes my fingers go faster than my brain.:p
 
Bullshit.

You were set up.

You were sent these offers, and whilst you were LOSING this was not a problem.

Only when you WIN do they suddenly claim these were all "welcome bonuses" that you should not have been claiming. They then make it look like their confiscation of your win is doing you a favour.

These were clearly "come back" inducements sent to you after you hadn't deposited for a while. Since they were never welcome bonuses in the first place, it is not $100 they have screwed you out of, it is $1500.

These are the signs of a rogue casino, and you should not be depositing at unlucky creek just as you should not be depositing at palace of fat chance.
 
I'm sorry... but it's early, and please remember I don't play anymore and find it nigh on difficult to impossible to keep up with casinos/softwares/groups.

Which software and casino group is Lucky Creek please?

Well I will say that I have deposited a few times while waiting on the cash out that I didn't get and honestly I have deposited there last night. It was crazy...First of all the 100% match bonus took forever for them to figure it out. I explained what was suppose to happen over and over and finally I asked...do you not see it on my account reference...and he said yes. I went through the rules...how much was the WR, was there a max cash out...etc. I know he probably got aggravated at my question but I wanted to make sure what exactly was going on. Then, when he gave me the match bonus I had deposited $70 and he gave me a bonus of $100. I told him he had given me too much and he did remove the $30. It took over 35 minutes to get the bonus thing straightened and the $140 (my deposit and bonus) was gone in minutes...no play at all :( I don't know if it is my imagination or not but it seems when you play with a deposit that has a restricted cash out amount the slots play better, however when there is no max cash out it just sucks it dry...fast!! It may be my imagination but it sure happens often. Honestly I do feel like I was jipped from my winnings, but yet I know I should have asked a thousand questions at the beginning. I like the bonuses where when you accept them it gives you the layout of the bonus...transparency. On this casino I like the games and I hate the limitations of casinos on USA players, but I don't know if I will deposit here again, and if I do and I don't win this time, it will be the last time...I'm so tired of losing!
