Mr Ringo. Be warned and read this please

I came across MrRingo.com and joined up to try it out with the free 5.5 Euro sign up bonus. After playing that bonus through (only one game was found to play that bonus out with) I was left with 90 Euro's. I then looked into depositing via Visa and found I was unable too. I found their terms and conditions unhelpful in determining the wagering requirements needed in order to obtain the 90 Euro's and suspected that there where hidden terms and conditions. I seem to be correct in my assumption.

The below convo took over 1 hr to complete. While asking questions about depositing the replies where very swift but as soon as I started questioning wagering requirement the replies took ages and where very unhelpful.
Towards the end I learned the only game the site allowed me access too in order to play my wagering for the free 5 .5 euro's was a game that was restricted from being played for the free 5.5 Euros!
I strongly get the impression that what they expect is for punters to take up the free 5.5£ then once they reach what they think is the wagering a punter will deposit.

Upon deposit you are given a 100% bonus. Then the winnings from the 5.5E wagering ( in my case 90E) is required to be played through x 70. But if you achieve that play through the winnings are not made available to you. Instead your expected to then play through your deposit plus the 100% bonus x35. Or the wagering could be first to play through the deposit plus 100% bonus then the wagering requirement for the free 5.5E,which is even worse.
If your wagering of the deposit plus 100% bonus fails then the wagering starts eating into the "winnings" from the 5.5E play through's winnings.
Only then,if a punter achieves such a feat will they learn that they played the original free 5.5E welcome bonus in the "unqualifying" game. Even those savvie enough to dodge the 100% bonus will end up finding they breached their terms due to playing the wrong game.
Please read below.
I would like others to look at this site,try the free bonus,read their terms and conditions and reply with your findings. But I would urge folk not to make a deposit.

It is now over 10 minutes. I only wish for you to clarify what the bonus terms are regarding wagering requirements. Also most of your games are not available to play during the wagering that I played through with the 5 euro welcome bonus and I do not understand why not? I could only find one game that I could use for the 5 euro's play through?
As far as I could understand from your terms and conditions the 5 euro welcome required a x35 wagering then it was free to withdraw. Is that not correct?

I made a withdrawal there for almost two weeks ago and has still not received any money, customer service is so slow that a turtle had managed to complete a marathon before they have give you an answer.

Means there are 280 doing a better job, why would you chose a casino with such a low rating to hand over your cash. I wouldn't even bother to register as i will expect just problems and hassle from the start

That is my approach too to some selected casino's. I did not deposit at Mr Ringo. Upon pressing CS she told me that my 90EUR winnings was not played out at all. Which means that they where still subject to x70 wagering and even them would not be withdrawable. I'm living and learning still about this online casino business

I also state I have a complaint of a similar practice from a different site that is under investigation. Casinomeister are dealing with it.

Interesting concept. Their software can disable games during bonus play, but they use this to disable VALID games and leave players invalid games to play and thus void any winnings. Probably a good thing that the UKGC haven't yet given them a licence, but it would be a poor reflection on the UKGC if they eventually did.

This is exactly why I have brought this site to attention. It is dodgy. UK players can sign up. UK players can play the games,but only the invalid games, of which there is no indication of them being so. UK players can deposit and CS are only too quick to assist you with doing if you request it. But ask them for clarification and they do not respond for 10 minutes and when they do it is very vague or more likely they simply refer you to their very vague terms and conditions.
Most punters will simply blame themselves and not complain.
I invite others from the uk to use the link I provided in the last page to take the 5.5 EUR free welcome and see for yourselves. I susppect that you will not bust out. Instead you will win a load. This is where a punter feels encouraged to deposit in order to withdraw their "winnings".


I am curious about this because if everyone "wins" from the welcome free 5.5EUR then does it not indicate that casino's can manipulate the return to player quota?
