Please contact the Virtual casinos rep by going HERE. Look to your left once there and click Send Private Message. Tell her briefly of your problem. Side notes: Payouts to USA players has been FUBAR'd in general for years now. Patience is a virtue. Virtual casinos does not have a great reputation here - for a reason. It is common for USA facing casinos to start the withdrawal wait times alllll over again if there is a goof up first time around, this is internal to their withdrawal system and usually not personal. Be sure you have all the SWFT numbers for your bank and wire transfer details from your bank rep. I mean don't go by some online list. (For instance, to get a wire to my account my bank requires two different SWIFTs and the bank address that goes into the form is nowhere near my bank here but a different branch entirely.) Again: patience! Especially when dealing with Virtual casinos.

Still hope though the OP gets paid, just don't assume it will be quick. 2-3 months is suprisingly still a quick payout for them, if they decide to pay up.

Grande vegas. $2500 a week. takes 4 days to process. So its 11 days between cashouts you can request. They wont flush anything.

I had $16,000 balance. Guess how long that takes to get. Almost 40 days. Have I lost some back? I sure have and that swhat they count on

Good 'ol Blankety Blank and Family Fortunes. In North America, they are called Match Game and Family Feud, respectively.

I'd rather play Microgaming or PlayOLG.ca over any of these U.S. casinos. All of them look dodgy.
