hello all i am new to this site and would like to sgare my experience with the above mentioned casino. On july 25th i submitted my withdrawel for 2,000.00 earlier this week was told it would clear by today. so this morning when i logged in it was still there so i did live chat and was told it was still pending and that she (kate) could not give me any further info via chat and that i should call- so i did and that rep told me that he (jenson) could not discuss details over the phone that i should request to speak to him on the live chat and he would be waiting for me --so i did that and got a rep named joshua- iasked for jenson and was told to wait a minute which was more like 10 then joshua informed me that jenson went on break so i gave him all my info re the withdrawel and then conveniently was disconnected from the chat session a message showed up saying there was a technical error and the chat session ended. This stinks!!! any advice........is appreciated
- Sorry to hear about your Cool Cat problems. I hope you didn't invest too much of your money here. This casino is part of the worst group out there. Now that you found CM take a look at the Accredited list of casinos. I wish you luck on your withdrawal
