Connect 2 Casino won't pe me and my friend our winnings. Before I signed myself up my friend logged in at my place to show me the casino. He didn't played a hand or whatever. After that I signed myself up and did the 350% FC bonus and made some really nice winnings and cashed out 1800. I received the first 500 in my account, the remaining 1300 would be transfered on the following monday. Since I didn't receive anything I contacted the Live Chat and they told me that my account had been locked because the security department thinks I have two accounts. This is because my friend, his name is Bas, logged in at my account once. After a lot of emails they finally discovered that indeed we didn't have multiple accounts. So mine and my friends account we re-opened so we could play again. Everything fine BUT they returned our initial deposit (I allready got 500 so that was it for me) into our Neteller and voided our winnings.. Standard procedure as they like to call it... They know I don't have two accounts but still they won't pay.. This costs me 1300 dollars and me friend an whopping 1800 dollars.

All of the hands played in th accounts have been played on different IP-addresses, he only logged in here once without even playing.. This is just stealing money. I'm going to send a PM to the Casino Contact of C2C on the forum here as well because this is really just not right... They admit being wrong and opened the accounts again.. Why not just pay us our winnings?

We understand you are not the same person, however, this is the standard procedure when two account have the same IP address. Management decides to void all winnings and return the deposit. In your case and your friend's case, the winnings are voided and the deposit is returned. We already returned his deposit and left the accounts opened. We will also return your initial deposit. Please understand this decision is final. We have very strict policies concerning similar accounts.
