I always confirm my details.and.verifymy documents before playing at a new casino which I did with comeon
As you can see.below.they.confirmed all is verified.however.I requested a withdrawal two days ago and.they are asking for docs saying my id needs to be verified but from below it says all is ok

Am.I mistaken that.thebelow confirms all docs are ok and.that.they.shouldn't.be asking.for.more docs to process my requested withdrawals?

I know it can get irritating. Showed them once gonna have to show them again, get's to be a bit like exercise lol! I have my ID saved in my email account so I can just send it to whoever whenever without having to go through the whole scanning docs etc. Do you have them saved on your computer or can you find them by doing a search in your email?
 
I guess I will upload them when back home as I am away and on moble

But this really negates the thought of getting verified before depositing at a new casino

This worrying TBH - I did have an account there and they paid me fast after verification. If a casino told me the above it'd ring alarm bells with me. Why is December any different from another month? Have they spent all their depsoits on the staff Chrsitmas party or something? Mmmmmm.....
 
If a Casino can take your money in December, then they ought to pay you just as quickly.

A 3 Day wait is unacceptable IMPO - Play where you are paid promptly. We all know December is busy everywhere; however, Casinos need to pre-plan and at the very least honor their stated payment times.

If this was a First Deposit, and you are awaiting payment and verification, it may be a different story.

I'm starting to think that too. There has to be a reason why payments are now being slowed as you have already experienced fast w/d's. If we get any more qualifiable reports of such we can refer it to CM/max.
 
Apart from the slow pay (due to December busyness:confused:), I'd be annoyed by their request to send the documents again while they've already been uploaded. Unacceptable. At NordicBet I had uploaded my docs a few weeks ago for my first-time withdrawal. Verification went quick and smooth and the money was in my Neteller account within 6 hours. They even apologised for the delay....:)

I wouldn't be quick to suggest they have money problems.

Some Casinos have trouble uploading Money to E-Wallets from time to time and also just plain neglect on anticipating a rush of players over weekends and holiday periods. There could be several other reasons too.

Comeon has been around for a while and are OK in my experience. They take a bit longer (usually drag out the payment period) but they eventually pay.

One of the reasons I have not played there a while is because they take just about 24 hours to pay. Guts do it in 2, Redbet sometimes instantly, and the Betsson Group are doing it within 2 hours on average - Guess where I play :p

I suppose if your are patient (I am not) then they should be OK....

This is almost a confession of cash-flow issues if you can verify the chat for us. If you can, we need to get a warning out - Purple Lounge and Red Rabbit started off on this path. Sorry if this sounds alarmist, but we can't be too careful as a result.
Nate says 24 hours, and that's what I experienced there. Clearly something has changed this.

Maybe there are no reason at all to scare their customers away like you try to do now.

One person that are late a few days one time is for me nothing. That can happen.
If we see several people complaining about the same thing over some time it's time to get worried maybe.

I'm not judging by one person am I? Further back I did say 'qualified information' but my biggest concern was the live chat that insinuated they had payment issues, which means that more than just the OP must be affected.......it's just that he's the only one on here so far. I have a comeon! account but wouldn't take the chance after hearing this. The OP is clearly telling us the truth, otherwise he wouldn't have come back to tell us he's been paid - after beefing on here. I don't like coincidences.
 
I think that casino staff can get overwhelmed if there are a lot of withdrawals, not because of lack of funds, but no increased staff to deal with the increased withdrawals. This is probably doubly true if a casino is offering attractive bonuses or a lot of free chips. It's cold and flu season a lot of workplaces too. Here all manner of businesses find themselves short staffed because of weather also.

The need to fund wallets does happen. Money does not always move instantly. When that's the case though, the player should be offered an alternative though.

If the delays are only days, not weeks, I'd be inclined to accept that it's poor planning and lack of staff. So it's down to how long are you willing to wait.

The support reply was pretty unprofessional however. Management and the cashier team should know how long it will take to clear up to your point.
