It does seem a little hit and miss sometimes I agree.
I used to be paid within 12 hours to Neteller and Skrill (what a stupid name lol), but I cashed out Thursday and haven't seen anything yet so I assume it will be Monday.
Club World are very good operators but I do think that they are below the benchmark when it comes to ewallet withdrawals. If someone has been a customer since they opened, and only deposits via an ewallet, it should be just a matter of hitting a button surely? I understand the need to vet new players and ID procedures etc and these are acceptable delays, but if iNetbet and 32Red can pay me in 4 hours then I really think CW can as well. I know that many reputable casinos have "fast track" systems for loyal players where their payouts automatically go to an "express" queue which is what brings me back to those places time and time again.
I understand that some casinos want players to reverse, but I never do and I should have the option to deactivate that facility. Maybe it's time for the good operators to ask RTG to implement this into their backend....after all, they are their customers just as we are the casinos customers and they should be listening to what we want.
Another bugbear of mine is not having weekend cashouts. IMO if you are going to have a 24/7 casino, you should at a minimum have payouts available 7 days a week. It doesn't have to be 24/7...business hours 9-5 is fine. Imagine if the cage at your local B&M just closed up at 5pm Friday and they wouldn't cash tickets or chips until Monday.....there wouldn't be a player left after a week. Yes, I know it's a bit of apples and oranges, but the idea itself is sound. I have no doubt that the reason weekend cashouts do not exist for many operators is not the cost of staff, nor the fact that banks aren't open (after all it has no bearing on ewallet transfers and does not stop bank wires etc from at least being prepared for sending first thing Monday...it's not like they have to go and put cash in the bank every morning to pay withdrawals). The reason can be none other than to tempt players to reverse, and hopefully lose....yes, they may win, but the odds are in the house's favour and they know it. So, add together the absence of cashier wages and the money generated from reversed withdrawals and you have a very nice reason for the casino not to payout on weekends. Unfortunately, they do not see the wider picture. I have some casinos on my list that I won't play after Wednesday as a rule, because I don't want to wait until Monday or Tuesday of the next week to be paid via an ewallet....and I'm sure there are others who do the same. In fact, I actually avoid them most times as most of my gambling is done in late week/weekend....so how is these 48 hr pending periods and no weekend cashouts attractive to players? Who would seriously think that turning players away is a good business model, in an industry where the casino's profit increases with each and every bet made?
A casino that pays quickly is very likely to get a quick return deposit, or several in fact. Given that I never reverse, the ones that make me wait are missing out. The longer I wait, the longer I am not playing, and the less likely I am to deposit again soon.
I just want to stress this is not an anti-CW post or anything like that. It's just an attempt to explain how providing less efficient and accessible services than your rivals is not the path to the top of the pile. The other services are pretty much on a par with 32Red and iNetbet and Nordicbet etc, but the cashout issue sets them apart...and not in a good way. I rate them very highly, but not as highly as the ones I mentioned due to one simple fact....I want my money fast. I don't think that's unreasonable.
